Mechanical roasting oven with several horizontally stacked
Roasting chambers In patent 482 511 there is a mechanical roasting oven with several horizontal ones
superimposed roasting chambers described by alternating in the middle
and circumferentially arranged drop holes are connected to one another. In the roasting chambers
there are mechanical agitators, animals structural training with due consideration
it was chosen that the roasting combs have as low an overall height as possible. Through this
it is achieved that the air layer over the roasting material layer is as low as possible and
as a result, the speed of the roasting air is increased as possible, so that it is able to
its vital force can penetrate deep into the roasted material, creating a
faster and more intensive roasting of the ore is achieved.
The subject of the present invention is that described in the main patent
To improve the roasting oven with regard to its air supply and not just the air speed
itself still to be increased significantly, but also the direction of flow of the same
to influence so that the same inevitably hits the surface of the roasting material layer
is guided or pressed. It is well known that the hearth soles which
to be supported only on the outer circumference, to be built in the form of a vault around the same
to give the necessary durability. But through the arch of the vault
the roasting chamber is increased along the axis of the oven and thus the cross-section of the passage
enlarged for the roasted air. There are already known designs of the stove soles
become, in which the arch of the vault leveled by filler material
so that the hearth soles not only at the top, but also at the bottom
are even. However, this type of execution is unfavorable because it is uneconomical
Consumption of building material is conditioned and the mutual heat exchange from roasting chamber
is reduced to roasting chamber. The direction of flow of the air through the
flat design of the roasting chamber ceiling are not affected.
bzw. übergeben, so daß sie also wärmeausgleichend wirken.According to the invention, windshields are therefore in the arch of the vault
attached, which made of any suitable refractory material, for example
Fireclay bricks or the like., Exist. The windshields can be in a ring shape on the roasting chamber ceiling
can be attached, but plate-shaped designs can also be selected,
as long as these only have the effect that the roasting air is forced below it
Spread it tightly over the roast layer. It is also possible to use these windscreens,
instead of installing them firmly on the roof of the roasting chamber vault, on the stirring arms
to fasten themselves, with the same in the circular motion of the agitators
move with the same. It is convenient to have these windscreens
aslant
to be arranged facing downwards, in each case in the direction of flow of the
Roasted air, so that the windshields have directional properties and the
Bring the roasting air down at an angle onto the roasted material. This achieves that
the roasting air in an intense way with the constantly by the agitator teeth
The agitated particles of the roasted material come into close contact and deep into the latter
penetrate, so that the roasting speed is thereby increased considerably. Included
such roasting ovens the roasting time is shortened considerably, can in the same
Time a significantly larger throughput can be achieved, so that the roasting furnace
this is made more economical. On the other hand, however, as a result of this
Set up the dimensions of the roasting oven to be kept smaller, provided the throughput rate
should not be increased. This has the advantage of making the system cheaper.
The windshields also favor the heat dissipation from overheated furnace zones, because
they absorb the heat emitted by the hot ore and release it to the roasting gases
or handed over, so that they have a heat-equalizing effect.
The object of the invention is on the accompanying drawing in one
Embodiment illustrated.
As can be seen, the roasting oven shown here consists of several
overlying roasting chambers, which are formed by hearth soles, which
with diarrhea openings arranged alternately in the middle and on the outer circumference
are provided. In the roasting chambers are the stirring arms 31, which on the one hand
on a hollow shaft 21 supported in the middle of the furnace and on theirs on the other hand
outer ends are mounted on rollers. The stirring teeth are located on the stirring arms
3. The individual stove soles themselves are flat on the top and on the underside
however, it is arched. To the disadvantages caused by the curvature of the chamber ceiling
To eliminate the necessary enlargement of the air cross-section, are ring or plate-shaped
Windscreens 33 attached to the chamber ceiling so that the roasting air flowing through
is forced to sweep tightly over the roast layer. Because these windscreens
can also be attached at an angle, the roasting air is thereby directional
influenced so that the same led obliquely on the surface of the roasted material
and thereby receives the possibility, by virtue of its living power, deep into
penetrate the same and thus accelerate the toasting. They can also be draft-retardant
Learn what is an advantage with very low-sulfur panels and at the end of the furnace
can be, since this creates lively vortex movements. In the in the
Drawing at the bottom of the roasting chamber shown is shown that the windshields too
can be mounted in a ring on the agitator, the same then the movement
follow the agitator.
