Da es sich aber als notwendig erwiesen hat, die Schlitzweite der Rostplatten je nach dem Mahlgut verschieden zu gestalten und weiterhin der Mahlvorgang von vornherein bei den verschiedenen Mahlgutsorten nicht immer genügeind bekannt ist, so bietet es Vorteile, wenn man die Möglichkeit hat, die Schlitzweite der Rostplatten je nach dem Mahlgut zu verstellen, und zwar praktischerweise von außerhalb der Mühle.
