Description
Vorrichtung zum Verstellen der zwischen den radialen Kanten von sektorförmigen Einzelplatten in Rostplatten gebildeten Schlitze in Rohr- und Verbundmühlen In Verbund- oder Rohrmühlen, in denen das Mahlgut beim Übertreten in die nächste Kammer eine gewisse größte Korngröße nicht überschreiten soll, um mit den entsprechenden Mahlkörperfüllungeri eine möglichst große Leistung zu erzielen, ist es notwendig, das Mahlgut in den einzelnen Kammern so lange der Mahlwirkung auszusetzen, bis die für die nächste Kammer richtige größte Korngröße erreicht ist. Dieser Stand desMahlgutes in den .einzelnen Kammern wird am besten durch eine entsprechende Wahl des lichten Durchganges der Schlitze in den Rostplatten der einzelnen Zwischenwände erreicht. Dabei können bei der richtigen Wahl der Schlitzweite die Schlitze über den vollen Durchmesser der Rostplatten verteilt sein. Da es sich aber als notwendig erwiesen hat, die Schlitzweite der Rostplatten je nach dem Mahlgut verschieden zu gestalten und weiterhin der Mahlvorgang von vornherein bei den verschiedenen Mahlgutsorten nicht immer genügeind bekannt ist, so bietet es Vorteile, wenn man die Möglichkeit hat, die Schlitzweite der Rostplatten je nach dem Mahlgut zu verstellen, und zwar praktischerweise von außerhalb der Mühle.
