Vorrichtung zum Nachlassen des Warenhaunres beim Abstellen des Webstuhles
infolge Schußfadenbruches Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Nachlassen
des Warenbaumes beim Abstellen des Webstuhles infolge Schußfadenbruches. Bei den
bekannten Vorrichtungen zum Regeln des Nachzuges mit Expansionsklinke wird die Sperrklinke
durch den Schußfadenwächter gelöst. - Hierbei schwingt die Weblade bei schnellaufenden
Webstühlen noch einige Male hin und her, und eine Gasse in der Ware kann nicht ganz
vermieden werden. Diesem wird gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung dadurch abgeholfen,
daß das Abheben der Schaltklinke und der Sperrklinke von dem Schaltrade des Warenbaumes
nicht vom Schußfadenwächter, sondern mittels eines Gestänges um einen Exzenter erfolgt,
der auf der gleichen Welle angeordnet, die zum Antrieb der Schützenauswechselvorrichtung
und der Ein- und Ausrückvorrichtung des Webstuhles dient. Hierdurch wird erzielt,
daß für das Nachlässen des Warenbaumes mehr Zeit als bei den bisherigen Einrichtungen
gelassen wird, weil dasselbe eben während des Stillstandes des Webstuhles erfolgt
und dadurch ein durchaus regelmäßiges Nachlassen gewährleistet wird.Device for easing the pile of goods when the loom is parked
