Description

Process for the production of self-luminous objects by Application and melting of a mixture of luminous dyes and a melt flow The invention relates to a method for producing self-luminous ones Objects by applying and melting a mixture of luminous dyes and a melt flow. This previously used luminous enamel had the disadvantage that in the manufacture of the same the luminescent crystals or the crystals of the luminescent dyes were attacked by the high heat, so that their effect in terms of luminosity as well as the lighting duration was influenced in a harmful or unfavorable manner. This disadvantage is to be eliminated by the method according to the invention. The same thing is essentially characterized in that to prevent the influence the flame gases and the heated air before the glowing paints are burned in Melt flux is the applied and stoved layer with a dye-free layer River layer is covered. The same melt flow is used to cover this taken with which the applied luminous paint has also been mixed, or a similar of lower melting point.

You can use the surfaces of a wide variety of objects, such as B. light bulbs, Arc lamp bells, signal lanterns, headlight surfaces, etc., wholly or on certain Cover areas with luminous material. The covered areas can be smooth or roughened, be transparent, translucent or opaque, i.e. for continuous or incident light can be used.
