Es wurde .gefunden, daß man auf -Grundlage des durch Hauptpatent geschützten, aus Hartpech und Nitraten der alkalischen Erden o. dg1. bestehenden Leuchtsatzes unter Beimischung bestimmter Mengen von Bariumsuperoxyd,Silizium und Flußapat zu dem weißen Flammenfeuersatz zu einer Leuchtmischung gelangt, die auch in hoher Schicht und selbst in gepreßtem ;Zustande unter hoher Lichtentwicklung und unter Abtropfen,der da-i durch leicht schmelzbar gewordenen Schlacke abbrennt. Diese neue Leuchtmischung eignet sich :d her in erster Linie für Fackeln, und zwar speziell als Ersatz für idie teuren Magnesium- und Aluminiumfackeln.
