Es ist aber noch nicht vorgeschlagen worden, in der vorhin angegebenen Axt einen Luftkreislauf zu bewerkstdligen und die aus der Filterhaube angesaugte, in den Raum unter dem Kolben eintretende Luft von hier aus den Saugventilen zuzuführen. Dier sich so im Kreise bewegende Luftstrom wirkt kühlend, da die unter dem Kolben wegbewegte Luft nicht verdichtet, sondern nur weiterbefördert wird. Wird der Kompressor auf Leerlauf eingestellt, so bewegt er oberhalb des Kolbens überhaupt keine Luft. Wird aber durch die Saugventile Luft angesaugt, so wird sie dem erwähnten Kühlluftstrom entnommen. Eine besondere Wasserkühlung ist entbehrlich. Der Überschuß an kühlend wirkender Blasluft entweicht durch die Filterhaube nach außen, die also bei dem einen Kolbenhub Luft eir-und bei dem anderen Hub Luft austreten läßt.It is already known for compressors with centrifugal lubrication to arrange air inlet and oil check valves on the Rauar under the piston.
