Einstellvorrichtung für die Abstreifmesser am Vorreißerrost von Krempeln
Es ist schon vorgeschlagen worden, Abstreifmesser vor dem Vorreißerrost von Krempeln
so anzuordnen, daß jedes Messer drehbar am Ende eines besonderen Messerhalters angebracht
und mittels einer Schraube feststellbar ist, wobei der Messerhalter in einem Längsschlitz
geradlinig verschoben und festgeschraubt werden kann. Diese Anordnung hat den Nachteil,
daß sie das Einstellen bzw. Nachstellen des Abstreifmessers umständlich macht, derart,
daß nur selten oder erst nach mehrfach wiederholtem Verstellen es gelingt, dem Messer
genau den gewünschten Einstellwinkel und den dazu gehörigen Abstand vom Beschlag
der Vorreißertrommel zu geben. Im Gegensatz hierzu ist bei der Einstellvorrichtung
gemäß der Erfindung jedes Messer in seinem Stelleisen geradlinig verschiebbar gelagert
und das Stelleisen schwenkbar und feststellbar. Diese Anordnung ermöglicht es wegen
ihrer bequemeren und sicheren Handhabung, das Nachstellen bzw. Einstellen des Abstreifmessers
in beliebige andere Winkellagen oder Abstände an der Vorreißertrommel augenblicklich
