Matratzenrahmen mit verstellbarer Rückenlehne und Beinstütze Die Erfindung betrifft einen Matratzenrahmen mit verstellbarer Rückenlehne und Beinstütze, insbesondere für die Krankenpflege. Bei derartigen Matratzenrahmen können sowohl die Beinstütze wie auch die Rückenlehne je für sich wie auch durch gegenseitige Kupplung gemeinsam verstellt werden. Dazu dienen eine längs durchgehende, in der Mitte die eingeschaltete Kupplung aufweisende Welle mit Schneckengetriebe. Die Verstellung erfolgt mittels Kurbeltrieb vom Kopf- oder Fußende aus, je nachdem, ob bei eingeschalteter Kupplung beide beweglichen Matratzenteile zusammen oder nur der eine oder andere Teil für sich eingestellt werden sollen. Die Einstellung erfordert deshalb regelmäßig die Inanspruchnahme der Bedienung und kann nicht vom Kranken selbst vorgenommen werden. Die Verwendung von Schneckengetrieben verteuert auch die Herstellung solcher verstellbaren Matratzenrahmen und bedingt die Lagerung der beweglichen Teile unterhalb des festliegenden Mittelteils, so daß beim Aufstellen der Rückenlehne und beim Senken der Beinstütze Stauchungen bzw. Dadurch läßt sich die Beinstütze auch unabhängig von der Rückenlehne verstellen, und zwar beides von der Seite aus in Griffnähe des Kranken. Die Feststellung in den bestimmten Lagen erfolgt durch Gesperre üblicher Art.
