Weight arrangement for suitless diving equipment The invention relates to a weight arrangement for diving equipment, which is characterized by a weight ring placed around the neck of the wearer, for example in the form of a chain or a leather tube filled with lead balls, and has the purpose of searching the ground, especially walking in a stooped position, by partially or completely canceling the buoyancy of the upper body that necessarily occurs, which is not relieved by a weight on the diver's feet or legs. Helmet diving devices are known in which weights are either attached directly to the helmet in the form of a bracket or are attached to a type of chest and shoulder shield on the chest and back. Compared to these weight arrangements, however, the one according to the invention differs in that it loads the diver on the neck, i.e. at shoulder height, and gives him the opportunity to adjust the weight himself, to move it or, if necessary, to remove it. Is used as a diving equipment such, that is to Glos and substantially the shape of a Atmungser.ig 'tes has, consisting of a usually on the chest worn Luftregenerator and a breathing bag, lying on his back at the level of the shoulders, it may according to the invention, with a corresponding reduction in the weight ring, the buoyancy can be canceled by weighting the breathing bag carried on the back, for example in the form of lead strips at the seams.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung.
Abb. i ist eine Gesamtansicht der angelegten Taucherausrüstung und Abb. a eine Teildarstellung
des Atmungssackes. The drawing illustrates an embodiment of the invention.
Fig. I is an overall view of the diving equipment put on and Fig. A is a partial representation
of the respiratory bag.
an.
The diving device consists, for example, of the air generator a (e.g.
B. Potash cartridge and oxygen cylinder), the breathing bag b and the breathing tube
c. The rest of the training of the device is arbitrary and known and therefore needs
not to be explained in more detail. The arrow A indicates the direction of the through the breathing bag
b generated buoyancy force, which, as is readily apparent, as soon as the diver
leans forward, engages a lever arm whose length is about that of the
Corresponds to the upper body, and its pivot point is approximately in the cross. A similar,
even if a correspondingly lower buoyancy force acts on this lever arm at chest height
at. In order to counteract both buoyancy forces, according to the invention a via the
Head to be grazed weight wreath d in the form of a heavy necklace or a
leather hose filled with lead balls is used. The direction of the buoyancy
counteracting force of this acting evenly on the shoulders and itself
Chain o over the breathing bag b as well as the front part of the device.
d-1. is indicated by the arrow B.
The size of this force and
thus the weight of the chain will depend on the total buoyancy of the diver as well
according to the sum of the two individual impulses. The former depends on the weight of the
Sandals f, which in this case only need to be made so difficult that the
Buoyancy is canceled out by the legs, while all remaining buoyancy is carried by the
Chain d is added. Should this, so as not to be too oppressive, in hers
Weight can be reduced, so it is advisable to use the breathing bag b, as shown in Fig. 2
to be provided with strips of lead g at the seams.
In any case, it is evident that through the type of weighting chosen
the buoyancy forces when stooping directly at the point where they are
attack the lever arm that then arises, d. H. at shoulder height,
be balanced, so that now a body tilt forward for the diver
means no more effort.
