Verfahren zum Färben von Pelzen, Haaren, Federn u. dgl. Zusatz zum Patent 461752 Nach dem Verfahren des Hauptpatents 461 752 lassen sich Pelze. Haare. Federn und ähnliche Stoffe in einfacher und gefahrloser Weise färben, indem man sie bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur in einem Bade behandelt. das diazotierbare Aminoverbindungen, kupphmgsfähige Verbindungen und Nitrit, gegebenenfalls auch Seife, Türkischrotöl u. dgl. enthält, und dann das Bad durch Zusatz von Säuren oder sauren Verbindungen ansäuert oder die zweckmäßig abgequetschte oder abgeschleuderte Ware in eine saure Lösung bringt, der man vorteilhaft einen Zusatz von etwas Nitrit gibt. Hierbei war Voraussetzung, daß das Färbegut einer Vorbehandlung, z. R. mit: Alkalien, dem sogenannten Tötungsprnzeß, unterworfen wurde. um es zu entfetten, zu reinigen und auch für den Farbstoff aufnahmefähiger zu machen.Method for dyeing furs, hair, feathers and the like. Dem Bade können ferner auch Faserschutzmittel zugesetzt werden. Die erzielten Färbungen zeigen die gleichen Echtheitseigenschaften wie die nach dem Verfahren des Hauptpatents. Beispiel: In einem Bade, das im Liter 3,6 g 1-Aminonaphthalin, 50 ccm Monopolseifenlösung 1 ::20, 5,2 g 2-oxynaphthalin-3-carbonsaures Natrium und Zoo ccm Natriumnitritlösung 1 :'0, 5 ccm Ammoniak 25prozentig und 30 g Kochsalz enthält, wird das Fell etwa 2 Stunden bei gewöhnlicher Temperatux behandelt. Nach Zusatz von 1o ccm Ameisensäure 85prozentig wird etwa 3o Minuten weiterbehandelt. Nach dem Färben wird gut gespült.
