Bade.Process for making real prints. _ Addition to patent 433276.
In the 433,276 patent and i. Additional patent 449 013 is a method of manufacture
real prints using mixtures of alkali salts of azo components, which are used to produce
of dyes on the fiber are suitable, and of sulfnitrosamic acids from aminoazo bodies
lizw. Sulfamic acids of aminoazo bodies mixed with alkali nitrite are described.
The development to the dye can take place in such a way that the printed
Goods by acids or solutions of acidic salts and then by alkali solutions
or solutions of salts of organic acids happened or simply by treatment
with acidic vapors or passing in one containing a suitable weak acid
Bath.
'In
Beispiel i.
21,5 g dehydrothiotoluidinsulfaminsaures
Natrium (8oprozentig) (dargestellt
etwa analog Ber. d. d. chem. Ges.,
Bd. 30, 880) werden in
i5o,o g heißem Wasser gelöst; nach Abküh-
len wird durch Zugabe von
14,59 Salzsäure (d- i,i6o) die freie
Sulfaminsäure abgeschieden. Nach
Zugabe einer Lösung von
4,09 Natriumnitrit in
15,09 Wasser bildet sich die Sulfnitros-
ami,nsäure.
Durch Einrühren in
2o,o g Natronlauge (35° Be) erhält man
225,09 Paste.
225,o g dieser Paste werden mit
7,2 g ,B-Naphthol,
14,89 Natronlauge (35° B6),
45,0 g Türkischrotöl,
208,o g Wasser und
5oo,o g neutr. Stärketraganthverdickung zu
I ooo,o g Druckpaste verarbeitet.
Further investigations have now shown that, in place of the sulphnitrosamic acids of aminoazo bodies, the sulphnitrosamic acids of such arylamines, which have substantive character, can be used with the same good results. As in the main patent, the sulfnitrosamic acids can be used in substance or formed from the corresponding sulfamic acids and alkali nitrite on the fiber. The procedure follows that of the main and i. Additional patents, also with regard to the methods of developing the prints. 'In the process, the sulfamic acids or sulfnitrosamic acids from all arylamines with a substantive character can be used, such as e.g. B. those from mono- or diamino compounds of the diaryl series or from those which contain, for example, azoxy, thiazole, imidazole, urea or pseudoazimido groups, which and other suitable groups can serve as links between several aryl radicals. As azo components, those mentioned in the main patent can be used. Example i. 21.5 g of dehydrothiotoluidinsulfamic acid
Sodium (8%) (shown
roughly analogous to Ber. dd chem. Ges.,
Vol. 30, 880) are in
i5o, og hot water dissolved; after cooling
len is made by adding
14.59 hydrochloric acid (d- i, i6o) the free
Sulfamic acid deposited. To
Adding a solution of
4.09 sodium nitrite in
15.09 water forms the sulfnitro
ami, acid.
By stirring in
2o, above caustic soda solution (35 ° Be) is obtained
225.09 paste.
225, above of this paste are with
7.2 g, B-naphthol,
14.89 sodium hydroxide solution (35 ° B6),
