Description
Erhitzer für Koch- und Bleichlauge mit einer schraubengangartig gestalteten Heizschlange. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Erhitzer für Koch- und Bleichlauge mit einer schraubengangartig gestalteten Heizschlange. Das Neue besteht darin, daß die Heizschlange an ihrer Innen- und Außenfläche je von einem :eng anliegenden Blechmantel derart umgeben ist, daß ein die Heizschlange umschließender, schraubengangartig gestalteter Durch$ußkanal für die zu erhitzende Flüssigkeit gebildet wird. Infolge der von dem inneren schrau'bengangartig geführten Heizrohr gebildeten großen Heizfläche und infolge des geringen Volumens der im schraubengangartigen Durchleitungskanal befindlichen Lauge wird der Vorteil erzielt, daß eine lebhafte Umwälzung und damit rasche Erhitzung der Lauge herbeigeführt und gleichzeitig die Bildung von Laugenkrusten auf der Außenfläche des Heizrohres und auf der Innenfläche der beiden das Heizrohr umschließenden, -ineinandersteckenden Blechmäntel auf das geringste Maß beschränkt wird, wodurch der Vorteil einer langen Betriebsdauer gegeben ist.Heater for boiling and bleaching liquor with a helical design Heating coil.
