Die vorliegende Neuerung hat den Zweck, den gröfsten Theil der bei der Verbrennung des Magnesiumfadens entstehenden Magnesiadämpfe auf anderem Wege als auf dem der Ventilation zu entfernen. Dieselbe beruht auf der Beobachtung, dafs, wenn man diesen Dämpfen möglichst nahe an dem Punkte ihres Entstehens einen Körper mit möglichst grofser Oberfläche darbietet, dieselben sich in fester Form auf jenem Körper niederschlagen.The purpose of the present innovation is to protect the greater part of that in combustion the magnesia vapors produced by the magnesium thread in a different way than that of the Remove ventilation.
