Es ist bereits vorgeschlagen worden, bei elektrischen Glühlampen mit Wolframleuchtkörpern die aus Molybdän oder Wolfram bestehenden Halter mit einem Chromüberzug zu versehen. Letzterer wirkt nämlich schon bei niedrigerer Temperatur als Molybdän oder Wolfram auf etwa in der Lampe anwesenden Wasserdampf zerlegend ein, so- daß dieser nicht oder nur in geringerem Maße den Leuchtkörper beeinflussen kann. Durch diese Ausbildung des an sich bekannten Chromüberzuges wird erreicht, daß im Betriebe der Lampe keine die Lebensdauer der letzteren beeinträchtigende schädliche Legierungsbildung zwischen dem glühenden Wolframleuchtkörper und dem Chromüberzug der Halter eintreten kann. Da auch die nicht unmittelbar vom Leuchtkörper berührten bzw. diesem nicht unmittelbar benachbarten Teile der Halter im Betriebe der Lampe noch durch Wärmeleitung genügend heiß werden, so ist auch in diesem Falle die günstige Wirkung des Chromüberzuges auf etwa anwesenden Wasserdampf in der Lampe sichergestellt.According to the invention, however, this extends the molybdenum or tungsten holder covering Coating only up to the vicinity of the mounting point of the tungsten filament, so that the latter is adjacent outer ends of the holder or the hooks or eyelets attached to them free from Chrome plating are.
