Description

Photochemisches Lackierverfahren. Photochemical painting process. The present invention relates to a photochemical painting process and a suitable paint. One has so far in the photochemical lacquering process lacquers are used for their production large percentage of asphalt is used. The brown color of the asphalt brings it up with it that your paint does not have a different shade, such as. B. a pure red and blue, can be given. As a result, such varnishes can also only be used to cover Places are used that z. B. not etched in metal or glass etchings should be, and must be washed off again from the finished item then to be replaced by other colored, but not etch-resistant paints.

According to the present invention, a lacquer is used which is composed of a mixture of bleached fossil resins, e.g. B. amber, plienol-formaldehyde synthetic resin from the triphenylethane series and aminoazobenzene derivatives, and aniline colors, aniline red or aniline blue, aniline yellow, methyl violet, phenylene brown. Such a paint is both acid-resistant and pure-colored, so that it can be used as a topcoat as well as a paint for colored decorations. For example, a varnish composed of 7.4.5 parts of amber resin, 25 parts of synthetic resin and 0.5 parts of aniline paints is used, with a mixture of benzene and trichlorethylene serving as the solvent for the resins. The process with this new lacquer now proceeds in such a way that the lacquer is applied to the object to be decorated in the desired color and, after drying, is exposed under a vain negative. The dye contained in the lacquer acts chemically and optically as a sensitizer, so that the exposed areas are insoluble to a suitable developer, while the unexposed areas can be dissolved. According to the invention, a mineral U1, z. B. a mixture of petroleum jelly and paraffin oil. The lacquer layer remaining after development is acid-proof and can now be used either as a top lacquer for metal or glass etchings as a permanent colored decoration on the wooden or metal object, for which purpose it can still be baked and hardened in the oven.

The paint and the photochemical painting process can therefore be both for painting wood, glass and metal objects, as well as for metal or Use glass etching, while the previously known photochemical lacquers only as Top coats can be used for any etching process, as their color can be used for any decorative purpose runs counter to.
