Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung hasenaustauschender Stoffe zur Enteisenung, Entmanganung und Enthärtung von Trink- und Gebrauchswasser. Durch weitere eingehende Versuche hat sich herausgestellt, daß nicht allein, wie im Hauptpatent, gering oder gar nicht austauschende gebrannte Tone (Ziegelsteine) durch Behandlung mit säurehaltigem Wasser und nachfolgender Alkalicarbonatlaugenbehandlung in gut austauschende Stoffe ümgewandelt werden können, sondern daß an Stelle der dort angewendeten Behandlung mit Alkalicarbonatlaugen auch andere basische Salze nach vorangehender kurzer, mit konzentrierten Säuren, z. B. Salzsäure, vorgenommener Behandlung Verwendung finden können. Eine solche nachfolgende Behandlung mit anderen basischen Salzen, beispielsweise ainmoniakalischer Chlorcalciumlösung, bewirkt eine Austauschfähigkeit gebrannter Tone (Ziegelsteine) in einer für die Praxis geniigenden Höhe.Process for the production of phase-exchanging substances for iron removal, Manganese removal and softening of drinking and service water.
