Abstract

A electrical installation box has a lock preventing unauthorised opening which requires a card. There is a two-part lid (1), the lower part covering the box (3) and the upper part is hinged (4) with a catch (7) that is to be unlocked. The mechanism uses a slit (10) into which a card (6) with special ribs (9,11) is inserted. According to the setting of the mechanism, one rib activates an interlock (13) whilst the second rib allows the movement of a slider (5). Then the catch releases the upper cover from the lower cover. The slider moves in the same direction as for inserting the card. The mechanism is contained within a housing that sits in a recess in the lower cover.

Die perspektivische Darstellung in Fig. 1 bezeichnet mit der Bezugsziffer 3 ein Steckdosenunterteil, das beispiel haft für jedwedes Installationsgerät angegeben ist. Darüber befindet sich das eigentliche Kartenschloß, das als Ab deckung 1 für ein beliebiges Installationsgerät nutzbar ist, sofern sein Unterteil 2 dementsprechend angepaßt ist. Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Unterteil 2 für die Abdeckung eines Steckdosenunterteils 3 ausgeführt. Das Unterteil 2 ist im Frontbereich mit einer Aussparung 27 versehen, die über eine Rastnase 7 verfügt. Auf dem Unter teil 2 ist ein Klappdeckel 4 angeordnet, der im Frontbe reich mit einer Aussparung 28 versehen ist. Oberhalb der Aussparung 28 ist der Frontbereich im Klappdeckel 4 nach oben mit einer Aussparung 29 versehen. In die Aussparung 28 des Klappdeckels 4 ist ein Gehäuse 15 mit seitlichen Rastnocken 29 einrastbar. Entsprechende Rastaufnahmen 30 befinden sich seitlich der Aussparung 28 in den Seiten wänden des Klappdeckels. Das Gehäuse 15 ist so dimensio niert, daß der die Höhe des Klappdeckels überstehende Teil bei geschlossenem Klappdeckel in die Aussparung 27 des Unterteils 2 bündig einpaßt. Das Gehäuse 15 ist in der Frontwand 16′ mit einer Zahnung 20 versehen, während die Rückwand 16 über zwei Entriegelungslöcher 17 und eine Aus nehmung 25 verfügt. Das Gehäuse 15 ist ferner mit einer Griffausnehmung 21 versehen, die mit einer ebenso bezeich neten Ausnehmung im Klappdeckel fluchtet. In das Gehäuse 15 ist ein Schieber 5 einsetzbar, der horizontal über eine Druckfeder 24 verfügt, die sich in der Ausnehmung 25 des Gehäuses 15 abstützt, so daß der Schieber 5 in dieser Ebene beweglich ist. Der Schieber 5 ist ferner mit vier Aussparun gen 26 versehen, in die unterschiedliche Sperren 13 und 18 wahlweise einsetzbar sind. Dabei besitzt die eine Sperre 13 einen horizontal abstehenden Zapfen 14, der im oberen Bereich der Sperre 13 materialeinheitlich angeformt ist. Bei den anderen Sperren 18 sind die horizontal abstehenden Zapfen 19 im unteren Bereich materialeinheitlich angeformt. Alle Sperren 13 und 18 sind an ihrer Auflagefläche mit einer Druckfeder 23 versehen, wodurch sie vertikal beweg lich sind. Der Schieber 5 besitzt im Boden einen Durchbruch 22, der mit einem Durchbruch 22′ im Boden des Gehäuses 15 fluchtet. Außerdem ist der Schieber 5 an seiner Rückwand mit einer seine Höhe überragenden Kante 12 versehen. Auf die Klappdeckellagerung selbst wird hier nicht näher ein gegangen, weil sie einerseits nicht erfindungsrelevant ist, und andererseits dem Stand der Technik zuzuordnen ist. Es sollte hierzu noch erwähnt sein, daß beim Verriegelungsvorgang des Durchgreifens der Rastnase 7 in den Innenraum des Schiebers 5 der Vorsprung 8 in Schließ richtung des Klappdeckels 4 mit einer Einsteckschräge 8′ versehen ist, die das Untergreifen der Rastnase 7 in Ver bindung mit der unter Federrückstellung 24 ausweichenden Schieberwand 5, erleichtert. In Fig. 6 ist gemäß der Linie B-B entsprechend Fig. 3 die Verriegelungsstellung des Klapp deckels gezeigt, wobei hier der Schnitt durch die Entriege lungssperre 13 gelegt ist. Als Führung für die Rippen 9 und 11 ist die dem Schlitz 10 zugekehrte Wand 16′ des Gehäuses 15 mit einer Zahnung 20 versehen. Die zusätzlichen Sperren 18 haben ihre Zapfen 19 jeweils im unteren Bereich angeordnet, wodurch sie die Sperrfunktion ausüben können. Fig. 10 zeigt, daß der Zapfen 19 vor einem Entriegelungsloch 17 steht, und aus Fig. 11 ist ersichtlich, daß der Zapfen 19 einer zusätz lichen Sperre 18 vor der Wand 16 des Gehäuses 15 steht, wenn anstelle der Entriegelungsrippe 9 eine andere Rippe 9 die Sperre 18 in Sperrfunktion setzt. Claims
