Description

Stand der Technik
Handelsübliche Zahnbürsten weisen grundlegend nur eine einzige Funktion auf, die der mechanischen Reinigung.
Problem
Der im Schutzanspruch angegebenen Erfindung liegen die Probleme zugrunde, eine Zahnbürste zu schaffen, mit der die mechanische Zahnpflege gewährleistet ist, die im gleichen Moment als Creme- bzw. Geldepot dient, weiterhin als Creme- bzw. Gelspender funktioniert und die nach ca. 8 Wochen aus zahnmedizinischen Hygienegründen vom Endverbraucher entsorgt werden muß.
Lösung
Dieses Problem wird mit den im Schutzanspruch aufgeführten Merkmalen gelöst.
Erreichte Vorteile
Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, daß mit Beginn der Benutzung der Zahnbürste die Zahnpasta zur Verfügung steht, die auf bequeme und leichte Art und Weise entsprechend dem individuellen Bedarf dosiert und gespendet wird. Mehrere Verpackungen entfallen. Aus zahnmedizinischer Sicht ist erreicht, daß nach Verbrauch der gespeicherten Zahnpasta die Zahnbürste entsorgt wird.
Beschreibung
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird anhand der Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 erläutert.

Die Einwegzahnbürste besteht aus Kunststoff und wird in verschiedenen Formen und Größen gefertigt.
Die Zahncreme bzw. das Zahngel wird vom zylindrischen Griffstück (1) aufgenommen. Im Griffstück befindet sich der Kolben (3), der mit dem Kolbenschieber (4) durch einen Stift (5) verbunden ist. Durch Längsverschieben des Kolbenschiebers drückt der Kolben die Zahnpasta durch den zylindrischen Bürstenhals mit Bürstenkopf (2) und durch die Austrittsöffnung in die Borsten der Bürste. Durch das Verschieben des Kolbenschiebers trennt der Stift mittig einen Verschlußstreifen je nach Dosierung. Der Verschlußstreifen hat die Aufgaben, die Zahnpasta vor Austrocknen zu bewahren. Weiterhin dient der Verschlußstreifen als Siegel und wird beschriftet mit Werbe- und Gebrauchsanweisung, Füllinhalt, Füllmenge, Hersteller bzw. Vertreiber und die Borstenstärke (weich, mittel, hart).
Entsprechend der jeweiligen Form der Einwegzahnbürste gibt es eine passende Verschlußkappe.
Ca. 75 ml Inhalt Zahncreme oder Zahngel wird in dieser Zahnbürste gespeichert. Nach ca. 8 Wochen hat die Einwegzahnbürste ihren Zweck erfüllt und wird durch den Endverbraucher entsorgt.

Claims (1)

  1. Einweg-Zahnbürste gefüllt mit Zahncreme oder Gel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    • 1. die Einwegzahnbürste als System wirkt,
    • 2. das geschlitzte, zylindrische Griffstück (1) als Creme-Depot wirkt,
    • 3. der Kolben (3) in Verbindung mit dem Kolbenschieber (4) als Dosier- bzw. Spenderelement dient,
    • 4. der Bürstenhals mit Bürstenkopf (2), der innen zylindrisch oder kegelförmig ausgebildet ist, als Cremetransportweg funktioniert.
