Description
Einrichtung zum Abrunden von Triebzap.fenenden in Verbindung mit einer Zapfenrolliereinrichtuna. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Einrichtung, mittels welcher das Abrunden der Kopfenden von Triebzapfen und Achsen in Verbindung mit einer Zapfenrolliereinrichtung vorgenommen werden kann. Die Einrichtung ermöglicht die ganze Fertigstellung des Zapfens, ohne daß das Trieb .umgespannt werden muß, und gibt der Stirnrundung der Zapfen eine genau gleichmäßige Form, da die Bewegung der Rollierscheibe zwangläufig durch zwei auswechselbare Kurven erfolgt.Device for rounding off pin ends in conjunction with a Tenon rolling device. Vermöge der Form des Rollierrades a kann man durch Einstellung der Kurven c und e mittels des Verbindungshebels b alle Rundungen herstellen. Die Seitenbewegung des Rollierrades a erfolgt durch die mit der Kurve c zu bewirkende Längsbewegung der Spindel d. Die Höhenbewegung wird durch die Kurve e und Auflage k begrenzt. Beide Bewegungen können durch die Verbindung b so eingestellt werden, daß das Rollierrad a einen Kreisbogen oder eine elliptische Form beschreibt, so daß das Kopfende des Zapfens entsprechend geformt wird. (Abb. 5 zeigt die Bewegungsform der Rollierscheibe vergrößert.)
