Abstract

The box (13) contains the roller for a roller shutter. Description

In Fig. 1 ist mit 11 ein abgebrochen dargestellter Blend rahmen bezeichnet. Zwischen Bodenbrett 132 und Frontbrett 133 ist ein Durchtrittsschlitz 137 für den Rolladen 138 ausgebildet, das Bodenbrett 132 weist des weiteren einen Durchgang 139 für den Rolladengurt 141 auf. Der Rolladen 138 ist im Rolladenkasten 13 auf einer nicht dargestellten Welle gelagert, der einen Ends die ange deutete Gurtrolle 142 für den Rolladengurt 141 zugeordnet ist. Die Rolladenwelle ist ihrerseits beidseits in in den Wangenbereichen ausgebildeten Lagern gelagert. Aus Gründen der Wärme- und dann auch der Geräuschdämmung ist der Gurtrol lenbereich des Rolladenkastens 13 vom Rolladenbereich in der Regel durch ein entsprechendes an der Innenseite der Wange angesetztes Gehäuse (237 in Fig. 2) abgeschirmt. Bei ent sprechender Ausbildung der Wangen lassen sich diese wahlweise an der einen oder anderen Stirnseite des Rolladenkastens ansetzen. Nach dem Stand der Technik werden die den Rolladen kasten ausbildenden Elemente, also die Wangen 131 und 131′, das Bodenbrett 132, das Frontbrett 133, das Deckbrett 134 und das Revisionsbrett 136 durch Heftung, in erster Linie mit Hilfe von Schrauben, zusammengefaßt, wobei jedenfalls die Lösbarkeit des Revisionsbrettes 136 erhalten bleiben muß, um die Möglichkeit des Zugangs zum Rolladen 138 und insbesondere dann auch zu den Lagerstellen der Rolladenwelle bei einge bautem Rolladenkasten 13 zu belassen. Die die Umfangsverklei dung des Rolladenkastens 13 ausbildenden Elemente, also das Bodenbrett 133, das Frontbrett 134, das Deckbrett 136 und das Revisionsbrett 136 bestehen in der Regel aus Kammern ausbil denden Kunststoffhohlprofilen, wie das in Fig. 1 am Boden brett 132 erkennbar ist. Bei hinreichender Stabilität der Elemente 132-136 erlauben die Wandungen der Kunststoffhohl profile eine vorübergehende begrenzte Deformierung, etwa Aus- bzw. Was die wahlweise an der einen oder anderen Stirn seite des Rolladenkastens ansetzbare Wange 231 betrifft, sind die Umfangsflächen des angeformten, die Gurtrollenaufnahme ausbildenden Gehäuses 237 mit 238, 239, 241 und 242 bezeich net, die den Gurtrollenbereich gegenüber dem Rolladenbereich abgrenzende Wandung mit 243 (Fig. 2a) . Mit 244 ist eine mit den auf den vertikalen Rahmenschenkeln, z. B. 211, auf sitzenden Rolladenführungsleisten, z. B. 211a, korrespondie rende Einlaufhilfe für den Rolladen bezeichnet, die - nicht dargestellt - spiegelbildlich an die Wange 231 angeformt, die Möglichkeit des wahlweisen Ansetzens der Wange 231 an der einen oder anderen Stirnseite des Rolladenkasten 23 beläßt. Von der Rückseite des Gurtrollengehäuses 237 geht ein Ein bauschlitz 246 in der Wandung 243 aus, dessen im Zentrum der Wange liegender Bereich eine Lagerstelle 2461 für die Rolla denwelle ausbildet. Zugesetzt wird der Einbauschlitz 2461 mit Hilfe eines Füllstücks 247. Nicht dargestellt ist der im Gurtrollengehäuse 237 noch auch wieder spiegelbildlich vorzu sehende Durchtrittsschlitz für den Rolladengurt. In den oberen Eckbereichen und im rückwärtigen unteren Eckbereich des Gurtrollengehäuses 237 weist dieses Gehäuse Rücksprünge 248, 249 und 251 auf (insbesondere Fig. 2a), in die sich jeweils am Frontbrett 233, am Deckbrett 234 und am Revisions brett 236 ausgebildete Stege 252, 253 bzw. 254 im an die Wan gen 231 angesetzten Zustand der Elemente 233, 234 und 236 einfügen. In ihrer Zuordnung zu den Wangen werden die Elemente im dargestellten Fall fixiert durch aus den dem Bodenbrett, dem Frontbrett und dem Deckbrett entsprechenden Umfangsbereichen des Kragens aus dem Kragen nach innen vorspringende Nocken, die sich bei den an den Wangen angesetzten Elementen der Umfangsverkleidung des Rolladenkastens in einen in den Elementen dafür vorgesehenen Durchbruch einfügen. Die begrenzte Deformierbarkeit des Kragens macht das Ansetzen der Elemente und das Einsprengen des jeweiligen Nockens in den jeweiligen Durchbruch möglich. Wie aus Fig. 16 zu entnehmen ist, ist diese Lösung ohne wei teres auch in Zusammenhang mit aus Vollprofilen bestehenden Elementen der Umfangsverkleidung des Rolladenkastens reali sierbar.
