Damit kann über die Überwachung der Setzgerätefunktion in Erfindung EP 0 454 890 A1 hinausgehend auch der Setzprozeß in die Überwachung mit eingebunden werden. Die ermittelten Meßkurven sind dazu mit Sollkurven zu vergleichen. Ziel ist es zu ermitteln, ob der Umformprozeß in der gewünschten Weise abläuft bzw. abgelaufen ist. Die Sollkurven können in Datenbanken abge legt sein bzw. jederzeit Istkurven als Sollkurven vorgegeben werden.According to the invention, the process variable force is used for this. - c) die Meßsignalauswertung als Soll-Ist-Vergleich im Echtzeitbetrieb im Zeitraum zwischen Setzprozeßende und Beginn des nachfolgenden Setzprozesses erfolgt oder eine nicht setzprozeßparallele Meßsignalauswer tung mit eindeutiger Zuordnungsmöglichkeit des Ergeb nisses zum entsprechenden Niet vorgenommen wird.
