Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Messung der in dem Zylinder einer Brennkraftmaschine herrschenden Temperatur des Betriebsmittels, die aus einem thermoelektrischen Element, das mit seinem die Verbindungsstelle der beiden verschiedenen Metalle aufweisenden Ende in den Zylinder eingebaut ist, und einem mit den freien Enden des Elements verbundenen Zeigerinstrument besteht. Die bekannten Vorrichtungen dieser Art haben den -Nachteil, daß sie sehr kompliziert sind, da sie mit einer besonderen Armatur versehen werden müssen, die ihren Einbau in den Motorzylinder ermöglicht, und daß zu diesem Zwecke an deren Zylinder besondere Bohrungen bzw.
