Obstentsteiner. Es sind bereits Entsteiner für Steinfrüchte bekannt, bei denen der Stein durch einen Stempel aus der Frucht entfernt wird. Diese Geräte haben jedoch den Nachteil, daß beim Entsteinen von weniger reifen Früchten am Stein das Fleisch hängenbleibt. Insbesondere lassen sich die Pflaumen schlecht oder gar nicht auf diese Weise -entsteinen. Diesem übel abzuhelfen, dient vorliegenderlEntsteiner.Fruit stoner.
