Abstract

Der Ausschnitt 34 ist hier so vorgenommen, daß ein auf drei Seiten ausgeschnittenes Bodenbelagteil einen den Ausschnitt 34 überdeckenden Deckel 35 bildet, der über ein Filmscharnier 36 mit dem Bodenbelag 17 verbunden ist. Das Filmscharnier 36 wird in bekannter Weise durch eine von der Unterseite des Bodenbelags her eingebrachte Materialeinschnürung 37 gebildet. Diese Materialeinschnürung 37 wird bei der Vorfertigung des ein- oder mehrteiligen Bodenbelags 17 miteingebracht. Zweckmäßigerweise wird bei der Vorfertigung der den Deckel 35 bildende Teil des Bodenbelags 17 noch nicht aus diesem ausgeschnitten, sondern nur markiert, z. B. durch ähnliche Materialeinschnürungen, so daß die Kontur des Deckels 35 auf dem Bodenbelag zu erkennen ist. Wird von dem Kunden das Ablagefach 19 an dieser Stelle gewünscht, so wird der Bodenbelag 17 längs der vorgesehenen Markierung nach Montage des Bodenbelags 17 aufgeschnitten und damit der darunterliegende Hohlraum 33 zugänglich. Wird kein Ablagefach an dieser stelle gewünscht, so wird der Ausschnitt 34 an dieser Stelle nicht hergestellt und der Bodenbelag 17 bleibt an dieser stelle eine geschlossene Einheit. Der Hohlraum 33 ist mit einer Auskleidung 38 versehen, die z. B. ein Filzbelag sein kann, der an dem Boden und den vier Seitenwänden des Hohlraums 33 angeklebt ist. In den nun durch den Ausschnitt 34 zugänglichen Hohlraum 33 ist ein eigensteifer Behälter 39 eingesetzt, auf dessen Oberseite ein Klappdeckel 40 befestigt ist. Der Klappdeckel 40 ist dabei über ein Scharnier 41 fest mit dem Behälter 39 verbunden. Der Behälter 39 mit Klappdeckel 40 ist als selbständige Baueinheit vorgefertigt und wird nach Herstellen des Ausschnitts 34 in den Hohlraum 33 eingesetzt und bildet das Ablagefach 19 bzw. 20. Auch hier wird bei der Vorfertigung des Bodenbelags 17 der Ausschnitt 34 nicht sofort hergestellt, sondern durch eine umlaufende Linie, z. B. durch Materialeinschnürung, markiert. Wird das Ablagefach 19 an dieser Stelle gewünscht, so wird nach Montage des Bodenbelags 17 der Ausschnitt 34 durch Aufschneiden und Entfernen des ausgeschnittenen Bodenbelagteils hergestellt.In the storage compartment shown in Fig. 3 in the same sectional view, z.
