Abstract
Description
Die profilierte und evl. in sich noch strukturierte Rippenform läßt sich in allen Rippenwärmetauschern und an berippten Plattenwärmetauschern zur Raumheizung anwenden. Die bekannten Rippenformen weisen z. B. im PS-DE 3119628 C2 oder PS-DE 3345558 CL oder PS-DE 3606253 A1 jeweils einen hin- und hergewendeten Blechstreifen als Rippe auf, wobei allerdings die nebeneinanderbefindlichen Rippen das Medium so umhüllen, daß ein flacher Kanal entsteht, in dem nur zum Rippenblech hin ein Wärmetransport stattfindet, nicht aber parallel zum Rippenblech. Die Vorzüge eines Rippenwärmetauschers sind aber gerade darin zu sehen, daß auf der Luftseite der Wärmeübergang intensiviert wird. Bedingt dadurch, daß bei Flüssig-Luft-Wärmetauschern auf der Luftseite medienbedingt nur ein wesentlich geringerer Wärmeübergang möglich ist, sollte die Wärmetauschfläche auf der Luftseite (Wärmetauschrippen) so gestaltet werden, daß auf engem Raum eine möglichst große Wärmetauschfläche untergebracht wird, die im günstigsten Fall gleichzeitig in sich strukturiert sein sollte, um die Wärmeübergangszahl auf der Luftseite zu erhöhen. Dieses Ziel läßt sich mit einem profilierten Blech erzeugen, bei dessen Profilform nicht wie bisher parallele Rippen entstehen, sondern mit einer rechteckähnlichen Profilstruktur durch das Hin- und Herwenden und Übereinenderliegen eine schachbrettähnliche Struktur entsteht. Dabei kann zusätzlich das Profil in sich derart strukturiert sein, daß quer zur Strömungsrichtung gesehen die Kanalwandung gewellt oder andersartig strukturiert ist, so daß Turbulenzen oder eine Spiralströmung entstehen.The profiled and possibly rib structure still structured in itself can be in all Use finned heat exchangers and on finned plate heat exchangers for space heating.
