Description

Die be kannten Rippenformen weisen z. The profiled and possibly still structured ribs shape can be used in all finned heat exchangers and on fins Use plate heat exchangers for space heating. The be Known rib shapes have z. B. in DE 31 19 628 C2 or DE 33 45 558 C2 or DE 36 06 253 C2 each have one back and forth sheet metal strips as a rib, where however the side by side ribs the medium so that a flat channel is created, in which only for Ribbed heat transfer takes place, but not parallel to the ribbed sheet. The advantages of a rib heat rope schers can be seen in the fact that on the air heat transfer is intensified.

Due to the fact that in the case of liquid-air heat exchangers on the air side  only a significantly lower heat transfer is possible the heat exchange surface should be on the air side (heat swap ribs) are designed so that a The largest possible heat exchange surface is housed in the best case at the same time be structured in itself should to increase the heat transfer coefficient on the air side hen. This goal can be achieved with a profiled sheet witness, with its profile shape not parallel as before Ribs emerge, but with a rectangle-like pro fil structure by turning back and forth and on top of each other a checkerboard-like structure is created. Here the profile can also be structured in such a way that seen across the flow direction, the channel wall ge is corrugated or otherwise structured, so that turbulence or a spiral flow.

In DE 30 17 082 A1 wird ein Wärmetauscher mit gewellten Platten beschrieben, wobei die Wellung allerdings nur vom Wellenscheitel zur Wellensohle orientiert ist, d. h. nur senkrecht nach unten verläuft und nicht wie erfindungsgemäß, die gesamte Rippen allseitig betrifft.DE 30 17 082 A1 describes a heat exchanger with corrugated Plates described, but the curl only from Wave crest is oriented to the wave bottom, d. H. just runs vertically downwards and not as in accordance with the invention, the entire ribs affects on all sides.

In DD 2 43 088 A1 ist ein Kanalwärmetauscher beschrieben, der eine ähnliche Profilstruktur (Trapezprofil) aufweist, dort aber die Profilbleche die beiden Medien trennen, d. h. einen grundsätzlich anderen Wärmetauscher ergibt, als er erfin dungsgemäß (Rippenwärmetauscher) mit Deckblechen versehen, dargestellt ist.DD 2 43 088 A1 describes a duct heat exchanger which has a similar profile structure (trapezoidal profile) there but the profile sheets separate the two media, d. H. one basically results in a different heat exchanger than the one he invented according to (fin heat exchanger) provided with cover plates, is shown.

Das rechteckähnliche Profil kann bestehen aus:The rectangular profile can consist of:

  • - Rechtecken (Fig. 1) - Rectangles ( Fig. 1)
  • - Trapezformen (Fig. 2), die teilweise ineinanderrut schen können- Trapezoidal shapes ( Fig. 2), which can partially slip into each other
  • - überhöhter Trapezkegeln (Fig. 3) dessen Winkel spitz winklig sind.- excessive trapezoidal cone ( Fig. 3) whose angles are acute angular.

Due to the rib profiling according to the invention Heat exchange actively involved fin area increased by approx. 60%. So that with the same external dimensions of a rib heat metauschers the heat exchange surface and thus the compactness and heat exchange performance can be increased significantly, or at Inclusion of a required heat exchange surface is the ge entire finned heat exchanger essential in its outer dimensions much smaller.

In FIG. 4, an application example is shown for a cross-flow heat exchanger.
