Abstract

A current connector for a multicore cable as used in an electrical rotary connection comprising a stator (1) (Figure 1) and a rotor (2), the connector formed, on the one hand, by a bush 4, in which tubular pins 6 are loosely retained, each of said pins being connected to a respective conductor wire 5, and, on the other hand, by a plug which is in the form of a cover housing 8, 9 and has an external dimension corresponding to the internal dimension of the bush 4, insert pins 10 being retained with tight fitting in said plug and being insertable into the tubular pins 6, each insert pin being connectable to a respective conductor wire. The housing (1, 2) is provided with a means for retaining the bush 4, or respectively the plug 8, 9, in a force- or form-locking manner. Bei den bekannten Stromverbindern dieser Art werden die zu verbindenden Leitungen wahl­ weise entweder mit einer Buchse und einem Stiftstecker versehen oder direkt miteinander verlötet. Der Verbinder besteht - siehe insbesondere auch die Fig. 2 und 3 - aus einerseits einer Buchse 4, in der Rohrstifte 6 frei gehalten sind, die ihrerseits Endstücke jeweils eines Leiterdrahtes 5 bilden. Es bedarf hierzu ledig­ lich der Anbringung einerseits der Buchse durch Klemm- oder Lötbefe­ stigung der Leiterdrähte 5 an den Rohrstiften 6 und Aufclipsung des Steckers 8/9 an dem Gegenleiter 7 andererseits, sowie Zusammenfügung zu der - in Fig. 2 dargestellten - Einheit. Stromverbinder für eine mehrpolige in einem Gehäuse, beispiels­ weise in einer aus einem Stator (1) und einem Rotor (2) bestehenden elektrischen Drehverbindung geführte Leitung, die im Bereich der Ge­ häusewandung mit einer außerhalb zu einer Stromquelle bzw. einem Ver­ braucher führenden Leitung verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbinder von einerseits einer Buchse (4), in der jeweils mit einem Leiterdraht (5) verbundene Rohrstifte (6) frei gehalten sind, sowie andererseits einem Stecker gebildet ist, der die Form eines Deckel­ gehäuses (8, 9) mit einem dem Innenmaß der Buchse (4) entsprechenden Außenmaß besitzt und in dem paßgerecht in die Rohrstifte (6) ein­ schiebbare, jeweils mit einer Leiterplatte verbundene Steckstifte (10) gehalten sind.1.
