Description
Process for the production of hollow stones closed on all sides concrete. It has long been the endeavor of the relevant technology, hollow stones made of concrete or the like. With a cavity closed on all sides to produce on the one hand To save molded material, on the other hand, the lowest possible weight of the hollow stone to achieve, and it was especially important to ensure that it came from the outside It should not be clear where the first existing, later closed Openings in the stones sat. This task solved for bricks was that the latter was produced using special methods using an extrusion press, has not yet been solved to a satisfactory extent for concrete blocks. One Transfer of the methods suitable for hollow brick blocks that are closed on all sides on the concrete industry is not possible because concrete is not in extrusion presses can be pressed. However, it has been suggested to be tubular To provide concrete blocks close to their ends with small projections against which one was able to put on locking plates when bricking up the stones. But that didn't result unitary stones, but required the placement of two or three individually stones to be delivered, quite apart from the fact that there is no security for it was that not a considerable amount in the cavities? of mortar.
Another suggestion was to go into the openings in the stones Use thin lids made of any mass and these lids then with a cast layer that should be flush with the outer surface of the stones. Passed it the overlap areas of the openings naturally not so except from another durable material like the other faces of the stones a fact that affects both the Durability as the good appearance of the stones greatly affected.
According to a third suggestion, stones with from Openings made from top to bottom. After finishing the stones a cover made of the same material was then pushed in from the side and pressed down from above. This procedure requires very intricate machinery and is very uncertain in its successes, since the groove running around without it on the Lid resting on hollow bodies by no mechanical means to prevent displacement are secured before they have completely tied.
Hierbei zeigt Abb. i den fertigen Stein. All of these disadvantages are addressed in the, described below The subject of the invention forming method, namely also for stones with very large cavities can be advantageously used, avoided. It is shown in Fig. I to q. for example shown schematically in one embodiment. Here shows Fig.i the finished stone.
Fig. 2 to 4 show on a larger scale how the process for the production of such a stone is carried out, in particular it can be seen from these figures that the process can also be used advantageously for stones of large dimensions and with walls that are only weak in relation to the cavities is. It is in Fig. Ii the ground; 2 are the side walls, 3 are the top cover of the stone. The stone is produced in a known manner in forms 4 (Fig. Z to d.). An insert 5 and closing profile piece 6 (Fig. 2) are used to produce the inner and upper boundary surface of the stone. These parts are held in such a way that the stone has an all-round groove inside with upwardly widening side surfaces 7, and at the top a delimiting surface 8 that increases inwardly. After removing the core 5 and the profile piece 6, the already transportable but still fresh cover 9, which is made of the same material as the stone, is inserted into the fold, and now the upper one is made by means of a second profile piece with a protruding pointed outer edge ii pressed part of the edge 8 against the side surface of the lid 9, wherein the stone is obtained at the relevant point around a continuous chamfer 12, while the gap is closed 1 3 between the lid and stone. Through this from the profile piece; When the pressure is exerted, stone and cover are connected to form a single, solid, even stone, in which it cannot be determined where the joint between stone and cover was.
The essence of the invention consists in the fact that you have a hollow stone out of concrete with an inner groove running all around, one more in this inner groove fresh but already transportable lid made of the same material is used and then by means of a sleeve-like part of the stone from pressure exerted from above and from the side presses this sleeve against the cover, so that a uniform hollow stone consisting entirely of the same material is formed without visible joints.
