Abstract

Während der Herstellung des aus mikroporösen Dämmstoff bestehenden Isolierkörperunterteils 2 werden maschinell über Magazine leistenförmige Halteelemente 4 in den Isolierkörperunterteil 2 eingebettet. An der Oberfläche des Isolierkörperunterteils 2 sind Rinnen 5 zur Aufnahme der Heizwendeln 6 vorgeformt, die zwecks besserer Wärmeabstrahlung der Heizwendeln 6 mit einem größeren Durchmesser als die Heizwendeln 6 ausgeführt sind. In dem Isolierkörperunterteil 2 ist eine Vielzahl von leistenförmigen Halteelementen 4 jeweils rechtwinklig zum Verlauf der Heizwendeln 6 angeordnet. Zur Aufnahme des Wendeldrahtes sind die Halteelemente 4 im Abstand der Heizwendeln 6 mit L-förmigen Aufnahmeschlitzen 7 versehen, an welche zwecks leichterer Einfädelung des Wendeldrahtes Fasen 8 eingearbeitet sind.During the production of the insulating body lower part 2 consisting of microporous insulating material, strip-shaped holding elements 4 are mechanically embedded in the lower insulating part 2 by magazines. Strahlungsheizkörper für Glaskeramikkochflächen, bei dem als Heizwendeln ausgeführte elektrische Heizwiderstände mit leistenförmigen Halteelementen auf einem Isolierkörperunterteil befestigt sind, nach Patentanmeldung P 43 04 539.1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die leistenförmigen Halteelemente (4) in dem Bereich, der im Isolierkörperunterteil (2) eingebettet ist, mit Durchbrüchen (9) versehen sind.1.
