Die Befestigungsweise desimPatenteNo.41 375 geschützten Patronenmagazins hat eine Veränderung dahin erfahren, dafs die federnden Hebel r mit ihren Haken oder Nasen e und die Daumenkapsel ν nicht an der verstärkten Hülse c, sondern am Magazin selbst angebracht sind. Der Boden des Kastensa hat zwei Rippen ρ und q an seiner Unterseite, Fig. 1 und 2, mit denen das ganze Magazin über die linke Seitenwand d der Schlofshülse c gesetzt wird. Diese Wand bekommt eine entsprechende Form, die aus Fig. 3 deutlich hervorgeht, und die dafür nöthige Verstärkung der Hülse nach aufsen ist so gering, dafs dadurch das Gewehr nicht schwerer wird. Der Stift g an der Unterseite des Klobens f dient beim Aufsetzen als Führung, da er in ein passendes Loch der Hülse c eingesetzt wird. Damit das Magazin bezw. die Rippen ρ und q fest auf der Hülsenwand d sitzen, sind in letzterer Einfräsungen gemacht, in welche die Nasen oder Haken e der Hebel r eingreifen. Diese Hebel r drehen sich um verticale Stifte i und greifen mit ihren kurzen Ansätzen in die Ringnuth der zwischen ihnen liegenden Daumenkapsel v, die durch eine unter ihr liegende Schraubenfeder nach aufsen gedrückt wird, wodurch die Nasen e stets nach der entgegengesetzten Richtung gedrückt werden. Die Hebel r und die Daumenkapsel ν sind an der äufseren Rippe ρ des Kastens a angeordnet. Beim Aufsetzen des Magazins auf die Wand d der Hülse c schnappen die Nasen e in die Ausfräsungen dieser Wand d ein und halten das Magazin unverrückbar fest.
