Description
Device for driving a tool shaft, in particular a grinding spindle, at the end of a to be introduced into a cavity of the workpiece during its machining Poor. The invention relates to a device that enables the keyways of small push wheels, as they are z_. B. for change gears of motor vehicles come for use and have bores of about 2 to 3 cin, mechanically ribbons. While the hardened tooth flanks and guide wedges of the Grinds switching shafts on very expensive machines down to a fraction of o, oz mm, one is unable to precisely locate the extremely important keyways associated with the Bring the thrust wheels to the exact pitch and area, because you have been using the No grinders on the keyways in the small holes in the pusher wheels could come up. '' That is why the keyways of the hardened switching and regrind pushing wheels by hand with small emery files. But it is not very possible in this way, which is also very time-consuming Hardening to bring warped keyways back to an exact pitch. The keyways are therefore often not with straight surfaces, but only with points the waves. Since the wheels in motor vehicles are constantly under metallic Have to suffer from blows that are very strong, especially when switching, and themselves transferred to the keyways, o these impacts compress the points of contact, which then cause switching inhibitions. On the other hand, the keyways are getting too much Play on the gearshift shafts, which leads to a noisy gear and even breaks Consequence.
These difficulties are now overcome by the grinding stone in a known manner at the end of an arm to be inserted into the bore of the push wheel. is attached, but the drive wheels according to the invention in the: central plane of the arm are stored. This is the only way. it allows the diameter of the arm to bring to a minimum. The axis of rotation of the grinding wheel perpendicular to the arm takes up the drive wheel in its middle, your movement through a row into each other meshing gears is supplied. In the most popular arrangements, the Grinding spindle the power by means of a belt or a liquid or gaseous propellant -supplied. The spindle is not driven in the center plane of the Artres, but laterally of the same, which necessarily increases the diameter of Arm enlarged. In contrast, can according to the invention in the central plane gears enclosed in the arm despite their high speed of 10 to 20,000 stored vibration-free and extensively lubricated.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist in der Zeichnung veranschaulicht. The subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the drawing.

The housing i takes the vertically mounted drive shaft 2 of the large one Gear 3 on. The housing i runs into one, two or more round arms d. the end; the arms 4. are split horizontally. Your upper parts are preferably with the Cover s of the large gear and the lower halves with the housing i from one Piece made. In the arm halves are the small "gears 6" with their pins 6 'stored. They transmit the movement of the large gear 3 to the tool holder ;, the outside by means of a toothing 7 'with the adjacent gear 6 in engagement If gears are preferred because of the high speed, it is also another suitable transmission of motion within the arm .I, z. B. by means of Chain, possible. The holder 7 is hollow on the inside and turned out conically at the ends. In the holder is a top and bottom with slits offset from one another under go ° 8 provided sleeve g inserted, which in turn is the rod-like grindstone io takes up. One end of the sleeve g corresponds to the recess of the holder 7 widened conically, while the lower end by means of screw thread the conical Ring i can accommodate i. By tightening the ring i i, the sleeve g is in the holder 7 and the grindstone io clamped in the sleeve g. The lid 5 is on Housing i screwed on and the two halves of the arms 4 are still at the free end held together by the screwed-on ring 12 or by other means. the whole device is attached to a corresponding machine bed on which a support for holding the workpiece to be ground in the machine tool usual way is attached. The support is opposite to the only rotating one, otherwise but moving the stationary grindstone back and forth. The arm 4 is initially centric introduced into the bore of the push wheel, whereupon by adjusting the support in the transverse direction of the grindstone brought into contact with the surface to be worked will. The whetstone can only be removed from the top or from the top and bottom of the arm: 1. stick out so that you can grind only one or two opposing grooves at the same time can. The cut is a peripheral or a surface cut.
Fig. 5 shows that plate-shaped grindstones can also be used. These grinding stones 13 are then connected to the toothed wheel or pulley 7 'by lead rivets, the pins of which are roughly supported in the arm .I.
