Description
The invention relates to a method and a Direction for the conversion of waste oil to the Oberbe attacked the main claim and the secondary claim saying.
Die ringförmigen Moleküle dieser Schadstoffe brechen erst bei Temperaturen von über 1300°C auf, wobei bei diesen Temperaturen eine Wiedergewinnung von Diesel und Benzin kaum möglich ist.DE 32 42 298 is a system for restarting working of waste oil from motor vehicles by crackende Distillation known, after which the waste oil after Warming up in a preheater in a cracking tube is brought in, in which a plurality of vertically in Quartz tubes arranged infrared heating rods arranged are not. The waste oil flowing past is replaced by the Heating elements heated to approx. 440 ° C and cracked in the process. The higher-boiling components escape gas or vapor and become a fractionator fed to extract gasoline and diesel oil. This Investment is advantageous in that it is relative can be built small and the heating rods through the inclusion in quartz tubes no direct contact with the waste oil so that it does not overcook. Al However, it has been shown that with this system the Pollutants, for example chlorinated ring compounds such as PCB and dioxins are not removed sufficiently can. The ring-shaped molecules of these pollutants only break open at temperatures above 1300 ° C, being a recovery at these temperatures of diesel and petrol is hardly possible.
The invention is therefore based on the object Method and device for converting To create waste oil with which they are contained in the waste oil pollutants can be completely removed, so that clean diesel oil and gasoline are obtained can.
This object is achieved by the kenn features of the main claim and the ne subordinate claim in connection with the Merkma len of the respective generic term solved.
An essential part of the invention is that the energy necessary for cracking not only through heat radiation is applied, but by "energy radiation ", by which the molecular chains on the for the breaking up necessary natural frequency brought who the. Through the targeted supply of energy for one increased molecular movement without regenerating Bringing used oil to too high a temperature will Pollutant molecule chains broken and the resulting radicals combine with products beforehand reactions or free hydrogen atoms non-toxic substances.
The energy radiation is by means of a static Mixer applied to the components of the waste oil, in which these components intermittently to the Radiation sources are brought up and away.
By the measure specified in the subclaims Men are advantageous further training and improvements possible and other features and advantages give themselves from the description.

According to the flow diagram in Fig. 1 is a Vorratsbehäl ter 1 for waste oil, such as used lubricating oils of internal combustion engines of any kind Ver, gear oils, and the like are provided. The container 1 is connected to a first reactor 2 , which is connected via a static mixer 3 to a second reactor 4 , which is followed by a third reactor 5 .
The reactor stages are followed by three condensation stages, a residue condenser 6 , a sel condenser 7 and a gasoline condenser 8 . The reactors 2 , 3 , 5 are each assigned capacitors 9 , 10 , 11 for volatile substances, which can also be present in several stages.
The waste oil is pumped from the reservoir by a pump 12 into the first reactor 2 , in which it is heated to a temperature range from 80 ° C to 110 ° C. In the reactor 2 , preferably three radiation sources 13 are arranged at different heights, the arrangement being shown in more detail in FIG. 3. The radiation sources 13 are arranged perpendicular to the direction of flow in the reactor 2 and are guided to the outside via seals. The radiation sources 13 have a quartz tube surrounding them, and have a radiation spectrum which can range from the infrared range up to and including the UV range. In the reactor 13 baffles 14 are arranged vertically on both sides of the radiation sources, through which the flow of the waste oil is deflected several times from top to bottom and bottom to top past the radiation sources 13 . In the lower region of the reactor 2 , a deflection body 15 is provided, which deflects the flow and supports the separation of solid particles in the used oil, which have not been filtered out in an upstream filter stage, not shown. In the lower region of the reactor 2 collect such heavier particles, which can either be passed into a residue container 16 or returned to the process. In the first reactor 2, low-boiling components volatilize, such as solvents, which can be separated in the condenser 9 and the other gases which are not harmful to the gas collecting line 17 .
After repeated flow around, the waste oil heated to 80 ° C. to 110 ° C. leaves the reactor 2 and flows into the static mixer 3 , which is shown in more detail in FIG. 2. The mixer consists of several tubes 18 arranged in parallel, the inlets and outlets of which open into a common inflow and outflow cross section 19 , 20 . Elongated radiation sources are inserted into the tubes 18 , the distance between the radiation source 21 and the wall of the tube 18 being adapted to the penetration depth of the radiation. The radiation sources 21 are surrounded by guide bodies 22 , which lead the flowing waste oil or its particles intermittently to and from the radiation sources 21 . The tubes 18 are closed by a housing 23 with inlet 24 and outlet 25 for a cooling medium by a cooling medium flowing around the tubes.
In the static mixer, the molecules of the waste oil are specifically supplied with the energy necessary to achieve their natural frequency. So that the waste oil flowing in through the inlet 26 and flowing out through the outlet 27 does not warm up too much overall, the guide bodies 22 are provided, which bring the particles towards the radiation source 21 for targeted energy absorption into the active region with respect to the penetration depth of the radiation and lead away again. If necessary, heat is removed by the cooling medium flowing through the housing 23 . The radiation spectrum of the radiation sources 21 can be adapted to the pollutants to be broken, high-energy radiation being desired. However, due to the regulations, the use of hard radiation such as X-rays is not applicable.
After flowing through the static mixer ge, the waste oil reaches the second reactor 4 , which is constructed accordingly to the first reactor 2 , but has a higher temperature range from 180 ° C. to 250 ° C., with more radiation sources 13 than provided in the first reactor are. In the second reac tor remaining residues of solvents and water are removed by evaporation from the oil and optionally separated in the condenser 10 . In the reactor 5 , the waste oil is brought to a temperature of 420 ° to 500 ° C by an even greater number of radiation sources, the existing molecules of the waste oil being split up and evaporated as a result of the temperature and also the radiation effect. As in the reactors 2 and 4 , the splitting is not only promoted by the thermal energy, but also, as is specifically, in the thermal mixer 3 by the radiation energy. The evaporated gas from the reactor 5 is in turn fed through a capacitor 11 for volatile substances to the residue condenser 6 , to which the diesel capacitor and the gasoline capacitor connect. The three capacitors are regulated to different temperatures, namely 360 ° C, 200 ° C and 40 ° C. In the residue condenser, all high-boiling constituents above 360 ° C., for example tar, para fine and so on, are condensed and flow back via line 28 into the third reactor in order to be subjected to the cracking again.
In the lower region of the reactor 5 , Bitu men collects, which is fed via the screw conveyor 29 to a collecting container 30 for bitumen. However, the bitumen can in turn preferably be irradiated with UV radiation and returned to the circuit.
In the diesel condenser 7 , the components condensing in the range from 200 ° C. to 360 ° C. are separated and form the diesel oil, which is passed through an oil cooler 31 into a diesel tank 32 .
The gases remaining after the diesel condenser 7 are separated in the petrol condenser 8 and form the petrol which is melted in the container 33 as a whole. The gases that pass through the gasoline condenser 8 are fed to the gas line 17 and, if necessary, are torched or otherwise consumed after a further deposition. The water from the diesel and gasoline condensers is collected in the water tank 34 .
If necessary, a hydrogen source 35 can be provided for hydrogen gassing of the third reactor 5 , but this need not be limited to the third reactor.
In the illustrated embodiment, the static mixer is arranged between the first and second reactors 2 , 4 . However, it can also be arranged between the second and third reactors 4 , 5 in addition to or instead of the static mixer 3 .
The arrangement shown can be due to the high efficiency and the arrangement in several Place steps in a container so that it it is possible to place them at the potential buyers to set up. Here, for example, the one obtained Fuel used to power an engine that the pumps, radiators and the like with electrical energy.
