Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Regelung der Dampferzeugung und des'Wasserstandes von Dampfkesseln, bei welchen, wie bei der Vorrichtung des Hauptpatents 4o6295, eine Kalt- und eine Heiß. speisevorrichtung vorgesehen ist, von denen die- eine durch einen Schwimmer auf Erhalt7Lmg des Wasserstandes, die andere durchden Kesseldanipf auf Erhaltung des Dampfdruckes gesteuert wird. Gemäß dem Hauptpatentwird zur Regelung des Wassierstandes durch Schwimmersteuerung das Kaltspeiseventü benutzt, während das Heißspeiseventil unter dem Einfluß des Kesseldampfes steht, der gegeb,enenfaJ1s auch auf das Kaltspeiseventil außer dem Schwimmer zur Einwirkung gebracht werden kann, um beim Ansprechen des Heißspeiseventils auf den wechselnden Dampf -dxuck sofort das Kaltspeis,--ventil in umgekehrtem Sinne ansprechen zu lassen, also nicht erst das Steigen oder Fallen des Wasserspiegels für den Beginn des Teinperaturausgleichs irn Kessel abwarten zu müssen.Device for regulating the generation of steam and the water level in steam boilers. Die Wirkungsweise und das Endergebnis sind dabei im wesentlichen die gleichen wie beim Hauptpatent. Ein Unterschied ist nur insofern vorhanden, als jetzt das Spiel des Heißspeiseventils erst nach dem Kaltspeiseventil in Erscheinung tritt. Während also gemäß dem Hauptpatent, wenn nicht beide Ventile unter dem Einfluß des Dampf druckes stehen, z. B. beim Sinken des Druckes, zunächst mehr heißes Wasser zugeführt wird und dann erst die Kaltspeisung beschränkt wird, wird num:-nehr im gleichen Falle zunächst die Kaltspeisung beschränkt und dann die Heißspeisung vermehrt. Das Endergebnis ist dabei im. wesentlichen das gleiche.
