Krandrahtseil.
Crane wire rope. The invention relates to wire ropes used in
Cranes are used in such a way that the rope with both ends
is wound or unwound on fixed drums and from the fixed drums
runs over one or more loose rollers after a fixed compensating roller.
It is now a well-known phenomenon that when you spend the crane rope on a
Drum through which the rope leads from one end of the drum to the other end
Force that exists between the rope and the associated groove wall, an unfavorable one
Effect on the structure of the rope is caused, unless the direction of lay
the number of strands for the rope is chosen with certainty; is the direction of lay of the rope
so that the force that arises between the rope and the wall of the groove is a
If the aim is to enlarge the lay angle of the strands, this will result in untwisting
caused by the rope to a certain extent; this cranking up can eventually
reach such a level that the strands or wires from the original
Rope cross-section emerge, thereby ensuring the proper winding of the rope
the drum suffers, wear and tear is promoted and the rope resistance is increased.
In the case of the continuous crane ropes, each end is wound up differently
Drum sides must, however, even if the correct type of beat in relation to a drum
to expend the rope on the drum, with the other drum, the
yes, in the same sense as the first drum is rotated, an unfavorable effect
have on the rope in the sense of the above statement. The invention now has
the success that the rope is stressed equally favorably on both drums and
no longer just on one drum as before.
According to the invention occurs in the middle of the
Rope one
Change in the lay direction of the strands to the rope, while the rest of the strands
or the wires forming them run in one piece over the entire length of the rope.
According to the invention, there is thus a single rope, which in its one half
Albertschlag and in its other half regular lay.
An exemplary embodiment is provided to explain the concept of the invention
shown on the drawing, namely time Fig. i part of the new crane rope
in its middle section, Fig. 2, an example of the application of the new crane rope.
seiner Querschnittebene A-A und in seinen unmittelbar benachbarten Teilen gut abzubinden.
The middle of the rope is located in the cross section line A-A. That
Rope can be thought of as arbitrarily long up and down. The one in the lower half
b existing strands c are combined in a regular lay to form the rope half b. In the
According to the invention, cross-section line A-A changes the type of lay without otherwise
the strands themselves; or the wires forming the strands suffer an interruption,
the rope half b1 is executed in Albertschlag. The stranded wires d des
Ordinary lay rope section b are in the exemplary embodiment in Albert lay to the strand
united, and this type of lay remains bi for the Albert lay rope section.
When laying the rope, all you need is one free end of the rope,
about the one free end of the crossover rope section b on the associated drum
to be placed, in such a way that when the rope is expended its displacement
force on the drum to increase the lay angle of the strands c
strives. For one drum with a left-hand groove and one from left to right
Rope traveling up on the drum must therefore be the free end of the ordinary lay rope
fastened to the associated drum and. be wound up, with the direction of rotation
of the drum when winding the rope counterclockwise
is. Once the ordinary lay rope half F) has been completely wound onto the drum,
the cross-section A-A, in which the stroke change takes place, then passes from
even at the point from which the proper winding can then take place
the Albert lay rope half b1 without further ado and inevitably results in the correct form.
The invention thus fulfills the prerequisites, among which the most favorable
Effects on the rope in its two halves can be achieved, so that with it
the wear, the service life and the working resistance of the rope are essential
are depressed. When making the rope, it is useful to put the rope in
in its cross-sectional plane A-A and in its immediately adjacent parts.
around a sharp transition when changing the direction of impact of the otherwise in one piece
continuous rope.
Ausgleichrolle in.
In Fig. 2 is an example of the application of the subject of the invention
brought to the representation in a hoist with only one hoist rope. e shows in it
the one drum, the grooves e1 of which are arranged so that upon rotation of the

in the direction of arrow y, the rope h is wound up from right to left. The two
Cable sections g and h form a single continuous cable, only it is according to the invention
the section g rotated to the left so clockwise), while the rope section
h is rotated to the right or to the left. At the point k where the reversal in the
In the direction of lay of the rope, the rope runs over a generally stationary one
Compensating roller in. This enables the parts to work properly,
although the rope is made from a piece of continuous wires and strands
consists. If the rope were made according to the previous production method, that is, continuously
in one and the same direction of beat, it would necessarily have to be either on the drum
e or on the drum fine unfavorable action between the rope section and
enter the groove by pushing the drum grooves against the twist of the rope
working and trying to turn it up. In the case of longer operations, the cranking takes place
The dimensions of the rope are so large that the strands are made of loops
step outwards because the strands cannot be twisted back that much,
as they each turn up.
