Prüfer für Schwingungsfestigkeit mitVorrichtung zur Ablesung des Schwingungsausschlages. Zur Feststellung der Schwingungsfestigkeit von Baustoffen bedient man sich einer Maschine, in der ein Probestab Schwingungen ausführt. Die Größe des Schwingungsausschlages muß genau bestimmt werden, da sie ein Maß für die Größe der Beanspruchung gibt. Die neue Vorrichtung dient diesem Zweck: Auf dem schwingenden Körper, z. B. der Schwungscheibe a (Abb. i), die auf der am Ende im Körper b festgehaltenen Welle c (Probestab) sitzt und die Verdrehungsschwingungen in Pfeilrichtung ausführen kann, sind zwei schräg zueinander liegende Striche d und e, die auch die Begrenzung eines Bildes sein können, aufgezeichnet. Es genügt auch, wenn die Striche in den Schwingungstotlagen schräg gegeneinander gerichtet erscheinen. Bei der Schwingung wandert jeder der beiden Striche in der Pfeilrichtung hin und her. In der inneren Totlage nehmen also die Striche die Lagen @d' und e` (A.bb. z) ein, die den Schnittpunkt g miteinander haben. (Die zeitliche Versetzung schadet nichts, wenn die Bewegung sehr rasch erfolgt oder wenn sie photographisch aufgenommen wird.) je größer der Schwingungsausschlag f ist, desto weiter rückt g nach rechts, so daß der Abstand zwischen g und dem Scheibenrand unmittelbar als Maß für den Schwingungsausschlag f dienen kann.
