Im übrigen bringt das Verfahren insofern. einen wesentlichen wirtschaftlichen Fortschritt gegenüber der Verwendung von Kohlensitau,b, als die Kohle durch ihre Verarbeitung auf Halbkoks im Hinblick auf die dabei gewonnenen wertvollen Nebenprodukte viel besser ausgenutzt wird als bei Verwendung ohne vorherige Verschwelung.
