Abstellvorrichtung für Haspelmaschinep. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist
eine Abstell= vorrichtung für Haspelmaschinen, bei der- die aufzuhaspelnde Fadenlänge
einstellbar ist. Von den bekannten Haspelmaschinen, die dem gleichen Zweck dienen,
zeichnet sich der Erfindungsgegenstand durch eine außerordentlich einfache Bauart
und große übersichtlichkeit aus. Die Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung besteht aus
einer Stange, die einen einstellbaren Anschlag trägt und durch die Drehung des Haspels
mittels eines hochübersetzten Getriebes langsam gehoben wird. Ist die beabsichtigte
Fadenlänge aufgehaspelt, so stößt der Anschlag der Stange gegen eine Sperrvorrichtung,
die den Ausrückhebel gesperrt hielt, und setzt letzteren dadurch in Tätigkeit. Durch
Einstellen des Anschlags an, der Stange kann die aufzuhaspelnde Fadenlänge genau
eingmtellt weiden. Das Zurückführern. der Stange in die Nullstellung beim Beginn
eines neuen Arbeitsganges erfolgt in einfachster Weise dadurch, daß die Stange vorübergehend
von ihrer Antriebsvorrichtung entkuppelt wird und durch ihr Agenes Gewicht in die

Bei Anlauf der Haspelmaschine steht die Zahnstange a auf Nullstellung
@(Abb. z) und wird von hier aus durch das Zahnrad b der Meßuhr V langsam gehoben.
Es kann nun der Stift d auf der Zahnstange a in den Bohrungen dl, d2, dg,
d4, die genau entsprechend den gewünschten Längen des zu haspeind en Materials
anzubringen sind, ausgewechselt werden. Ist die gewünschte Länge Material gehaspelt,
hat sich die Zahnstange a so weit gehoben, daß der Stift d, der so angebracht ist,
da.ß er gegen den Winkelhebel e stößt, den letzteren in die 'Stellung nach Abb.
3 gebracht. Mit dem Hebel e festgekuppelt ist der Rasthebel f, der auf seiner Rast
den Hebel g trägt. Letzterer ist in dt-. gelagert und bewegt mit der Nase
i den Getriebekasten k,
der auf seiner Achse l die Haspel trägt. Geht
der Hebel e in oben beschriebener Wdse in die Stellung ,nach Abb. 3, so geht zwangsweise
Zeit ihm der Rasthebel f nach rechts und gibt so den Hebel g frei. Dieser hebt nun
durch die Nase i den Getriebekasten k
und bringt die darin gelagerte Reibungsscheibe

Um die Maschine wieder einzurücken, muß die Zahnstange wieder auf
Nullstellung gebracht werden. Das Zahnrad b, welches die Zahnstange betätigt, ist,
verbunden mit einer Scheibe o, lose auf der Achse ,p gelagert und wird durch den
Federstift q, der in einer fest auf die Welle p gekeilten Scheibe r sitzt, gekuppelt.
Wird nun durch Herausziehen des Stiftes q die Kupplung gelöst, so kann man Zahnstange
a, Zahnrad b und Scheibe o unabhängig von der Maschine bewegen, und
die Zahnstange a fällt durch ihre eigene Schwere in Nullstellung zurück. Der einstellbare
