Abstract

The motor-cyclist's kidney-protection belt (10) has a back part (9) to the sides of which are attached two elastic and detachable front parts (16, 18). Im Rahmen dieses Erfindungsgedankens ist es besonders zweckmäßig, wenn das Band aus einem elastisch dehnbaren Werkstoff besteht und eine Breite aufweist, die etwa der Breite des Schutzgurtes entspricht. Eine weitere besonders zweckmäßige Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, daß die Taschen komplementär zu den aufgenommenen Schenkeln ausgebildet sind. Das Band befindet sich vorzugsweise auf der dem Benutzer zugekehrten Seite des Schutzgurtes. In den Fig. 1 und 2 ist ein Nierenschutzgurt 10 für die Nieren dargestellt, der aus wärmeisolierendem und vorzugsweise elastisch dehnbarem Werkstoff besteht. Das Haltemittel 12 ist als ein in Richtung des Schutzgurtes 10 sich erstreckendes Band ausgebildet, dessen Endabschnitte 22, 24 mit dem Schutzgurt 10 fest verbunden sind. Die Fig. 3 läßt ferner erkennen, daß der Wirbelsäulenschutzkörper 14 einen gestreckten Grundkörper 31 mit seitlich abstehenden Schenkeln 26 und 28 aufweist. Ferner lassen die Fig. 1 und 3 erkennen, daß die Endabschnitte 22 und 24 des Bandes Taschen 6 und 8 bilden, die einander zu offen und in welcher die Schenkel 26 und 28 seitlich einsteckbar sind. Das Band 12 besteht aus einem elastisch dehnbaren Werkstoff und besitzt eine Breite, die etwa der Breite des Schutzgurtes 10 entspricht. Um eine gute Verbindung zwischen den Taschen 6 und 8 und den Schenkeln 26 und 28 herstellen zu können, sind die Taschen komplementär zu diesen Schenkeln ausgebildet. Das Band 12 ist am Schutzgurt 10 angenäht, wobei die Nähte 32 und 34 die Innenkontur der Taschen 6 und 8 bilden. Der Schutzgurt 10 trägt endseitig jeweils einen Schenkel 16 und 18 mit Haltemitteln (Klettband) 20 und 21. Die Abschnitte 11 und 13 des Bandes 12 sind mit dem Schutzgurt nicht verbunden, so daß der Wirbelsäulenschutzkörper 14 zwischen das Band 12 und den Schutzgurt 10 eingesteckt werden und die Fig. 3 dargestellte Position einnehmen kann. Der in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Schutzgurt dient ausschließlich als Nierenschutz, während die Ausführungsform nach Fig. 3 einen Schutzgurt darstellt, der gleichzeitig als Wirbelsäulenpanzer ausgebildet ist.In Figs. 1 and 2, a Nierenschutzgurt 10 is shown for the kidneys, which consists of thermally insulating and preferably elastic stretchable material.
