Claims

1. Luminaire with an at least partially translucent (luminaire) housing for (at least) one incandescent lamp, in particular for an incandescent lamp, a so-called incandescent lamp consisting of several / a plurality of mutually spaced, connected to electrical line sections, each held in a socket String of lights, the lamp being fastened by means of an adapter in the area of a (light bulb) socket so that its housing surrounds the light bulb concerned and the translucent (housing) section in the operating state with light emitted by the light bulb is acted upon, characterized in that the adapter ( 4 ) is designed such that it is plugged onto the fas solution ( 5 ) with positive and / or frictional engagement in a substantially sealing manner.
