Einrichtung zum Einstellen von Wechselgetrieben mittels Fliehkraftreglers, insbesondere für Motorfahrzeuge. Bei den bekannten Getrieben mit Fliehkraftregler wird die Feder wie jede gewÖhnliche Regulatorfeder eingestellt. Jeder Federspannung entspricht bei einer bestimmten Tourenzahl ein gewisser Ausschlagbogen, so daß bei einer ganz bestimmten Tourenzahl des Motors die Auf- oder Abwärtsschaltung eingeleitet wird. Nun ist es eine bekannte Tatsache, daß der Motor den geringsten Brennstoffverbrauch dann hat, wenn er die wenigsten Touren macht. In der Stadt möchte man deshalb bei langsamer Wagengeschwindigkeit mit* abgedrosseltem Motor fahren, also mit geringer Motortourenzahl, und trotzdem die schnellste Übersetzung (4. Gang) anwenden. Auf der Landstraße dagegen soll eine hohe Tourenzahl des Motors angewendet werden, um die Höchstleistung herauszuholen, wobei die Wagengeschwindigkeit bei Steigungen geringer sein soll, was durch ein entsprechendes Abwärtsschalten des Getriebes erreicht wird.
