Auf diese elastische Schicht wurden dann Nut- und Federbretter, die eine Länge von 2000 mm, eine Breite von 120 mm und eine Dicke von 12 mm hatten, aufgelegt. Der Rahmen wurde gewendet und auf der Rückseite wurden in gleicher Weise Nut- und Federbretter mit einer elastischen Zwischenschicht aufgebracht.
