Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a composite part, in particular a Soundproofing part, with a foam layer and one bonded heavy class.
Darüber hinaus auch auf das DE-GM 82 11 797.Such composite parts are already in the prior art become known for various purposes. It will For example, refer to the German patent application 37 41 692 sen. In addition to the DE-GM 82 11 797.
In particular, there is a need for such a network to be able to produce part rationally in terms of production technology, with good, satisfactory acoustic at the same time Properties.
For such a composite part, the invention proposes that the heavy layer from a one-sided to the foam layer of material applied based on permanent adhesive resin dispersion such as copolymerized Acrylic acid ester and a water-absorbent binder consists. The permanently sticky synthetic resin dispersion can For example, it can also be a so-called EVA. The mass based this permanently sticky synthetic resin dispersion, such as the copolymerized acrylic acid esters, can be on this Connect rationally with the foam layer. Reason In addition, a further untreated layer of foam can are used, the foam being open-celled or can be closed-pore, for example a foam Polyurethane base. By adding the water-absorbing Binder, such as. Cement, plaster or the like will that in the synthetic resin dispersion, the copolymeri water contained in the acrylic acid ester mass Harden immediately bound. A separate drying operation is not necessary. This also makes it possible furthermore, the heavy layer on both sides with a foam cover fabric layer, since no heat process, its tempe the resistance of the foam over would go through. In particular, lets a relatively large-area composite part put. It is not necessary to be inside the moisture present in the heavy layer for setting must penetrate to the outside. A heavy layer is also on The base of such a plastic mass is highly fillable. E.g. with heavy spar or quartz sand. It will be specific Weights of greater than 2 reached. Especially at open-pore foam results in an advantageous Anchoring the heavy layer in the pores. Further ahead is that an adhesive on the underside of the composite part fourth slide is arranged. Such adhesive activated Films that are adhesive on both sides are commercially available available. They are on one or both sides with one Silicone layer usually covered. The heavy class can immediately on this adhesive-activated film, on a Side of the same, applied, for example, spatula and then the foam layer with the heavy layer be connected. The composite part obtained can due to the second adhesive side of the adhesive activated Advantageously install the film at the desired locations. The Acrylic acid ester base material is in as a starting material an aqueous dispersion. This can make a difference be adjusted. The setting is preferred here as a sticky filler. Made by curing an approximately rubbery heavy layer. Just like that can, as already mentioned, also in the dispersion other fillers, based on metal, introduced be the preferred acoustic properties adjust. The invention also relates to a Process for producing such a composite part, in particular a soundproofing part, with a heavy layer. This is based on the fact that the heavy layer on one side of a foam layer, is especially filled. Is further preferred based on the fact that the heavy class initially on applied or opened an adhesive-activated film surface is filled. On the mass so filled up, the already bonded with the adhesive-activated film that is, a layer of foam can then be pressed on will. In the course of setting, there is a firm result Anchoring in the pores of the pores in particular Foam layer. It is immediately an adherent Connection in the resulting sandwich Given part.
The invention is further illustrated below attached drawing, however, only execution represents examples, explained.
Hierbei zeigt:Here shows:
Fig. 1 ein Schalldämmteil bestehend aus einer Schwer schicht und einer Schaumstofflage, im Quer schnitt; Figure 1 is a soundproofing part consisting of a heavy layer and a foam layer, in cross section.
Fig. 2 eine Darstellung gemäß Fig. 1 mit einer dop pelseitigen Selbstklebefolie; FIG. 2 shows a representation according to FIG. 1 with a double-sided self-adhesive film;
Fig. 3 eine Darstellung gemäß Fig. 1 bzw. Fig. 3 is an illustration according to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, wherein the heavy layer between two foam layers is arranged.
A composite part 1 , which consists of a foam layer 2 and a heavy layer 3 , is initially shown and described with reference to FIG. 1. In the embodiment example, the heavy layer 3 consists of a permanently adhesive synthetic resin dispersion in the form of copolymerized acrylic acid ester. Heavy layer 3 contains aggregates based on heavy spar. Furthermore, additives can also be introduced to adjust the special acoustic property or the special weight of the heavy layer 3 . Specific weights up to greater than 2 are achieved.
In the heavy layer of copolymerized acrylic acid There is also a water-absorbing binding agent tel. Cement is preferred here. But it is also conceivable about plaster. When the plastic hardens, water becomes dispensed, which immediately from the binder, the Cement is incorporated. The surcharge quantity is here chosen so that the water dispensed in each case men can be. It is therefore prior to manufacturing partly no own drying process required. In addition, the filler can be almost any by adding particles to the desired ones acoustic properties can be set, such as be already mentioned in principle.
In the illustration of FIG. 2 is located at half of the heavy layer 3 a double-sided self-adhesive foil 4. This can be provided on the underside with a cover in the form of a silicone paper (not shown in detail). On the top of the self-adhesive film 4 , the synthetic resin dispersion is brought up, for example. The foam layer 2 has then been pressed onto this spatula-filled synthetic resin dispersion. There is a connection in the same manner between the foam layer 2 and the heavy layer 3 as described with reference to FIG. 1.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the heavy layer 3 is arranged between two foam layers 2 and 2 '. Again, the heavy layer 3 is due to their adhesive activity, but also, as far as possible, by penetrating into pores of the foam layers 2 , 2 'connected to them. This is particularly advantageously possible with open-cell foam.
It can also be very advantageous Produce large-area soundproofing elements because the Soundproofing elements immediately in terms of production technology in sand soft construction can be completed. Your own Drying process or the like is not required.
