Description
Vacuum filter with arranged on a shaft, rotating together and filter discs immersed in a common container.
The invention relates to vacuum filters with arranged on a shaft, filter discs rotating together and submerged in a common container. The filter discs are influenced alternately by suction and pressure. On both sides of the disks are the well-known knife-like scrapers on the upper edges of the container provided, which have to remove the filter residue from the filter disc. According to the trough, which has the shape of a semi-cylindrical Be container, provided with indentations reaching almost up to the vertical axis plane.
The well-known scrapers are located on the upper edge of these indentations, which the peeled off filter residues immediately through those indentations Drop into a suitable container at the bottom. Compared to the previous filters there is the advantage that the filter residues fall off unaltered and there are no blockages can bring about.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der Zeichnung dargestellt. The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing.
Abb. Fig. I and 2 show the filter in front view and side view. In the side view, the trough is shown in section.
Abb. 3 zeigt den Trog in schaubildlicher Darstellung. Fig. 3 shows the trough in a diagram.
The trough D has, as can be seen in particular from Figs. 2 and 3, semi-cylindrical shape. The filter discs are about halfway down into the in filter liquid introduced into the trough; - They are alternated in a well-known way placed under suction and pressure. But there is no need to go into more detail here enter, since the invention is only directed to the shape of the trough D. This Trough D is now with indentations E reaching almost as far as the vertical axis plane Mistake. As the figures show, the indentations lie between the individual filter discs. At the top of the indentations are to both Sides of the filter discs A, the knife-like scrapers 33, 34 arranged which have to remove the filter cake from the rotating filter disc. The indentations E let the cake removed by the scrapers down into one unhindered to be placed under the trough. Since the recesses E are relatively spacious, they will not cause blockages in the drainage of the filter cake; so the filter can work continuously and always evenly, while earlier there were frequent malfunctions due to clogging in the discharge of the filter cake.
