Gleichzeitig wird die Kunststoffscheibe mit ihrer Dichtungslippe fest gegen die Außenfläche der Fassadenplatte gepreßt, so daß eine optimale Abdichtung des Bohrloches gewährleistet ist. Durch plastische Verformung der Stirnseite 24 des Zentrieransatzes 22 entsteht eine Verspannung, die das Spreizelement 7 ständig auf den Spreizkonus 6 drückt und somit die Verankerung sichert.
