Dann müssen eben alle Teile 20, 20.1, 20.2 in der richtigen Zuordnung mittels entsprechender Bolzen 17 mit der Rückwand 1c des Außenrahmens 1 verbunden werden. Durch die Aussparungen der Abdeckplatte 20 hindurch ist je nach Stellung des Blinkplakates die Abdeckfolie 15c mit ihren Lappen 15d oder die Blinkfolie 15a mit ihren Lappen 15b sichtbar. Die negativen Anzeigesymbole 16b blinken bei dieser Ausgestaltung des Plakates. Die Teile 20.1 und 20.2 und die Abdeckplatte 20 bilden ein konstantes Umfeld um diese blinkenden negativen Anzeigesymbole 16b. Auch bei dieser Ausgestaltung werden die Bolzen 17 in Löchern bzw. Sind die Aussparungen in der Abdeckplatte 20 jedoch genügend groß, dann kann zusätzlich eine bleibende Anzeige in das blinkende negative Anzeigesymbol 16b eingebracht werden. Diese bleibende Anzeige wird durch nicht eingerastetete Lappen 15d der Abdeckfolie 15c dargestellt, die nur dann sichtbar wird, wenn die Blinkfolie 15a das negative Anzeigesymbol 16b bestimmt. Hier empfiehlt es sich, die Blinkfolie 15a hell, vorzugsweise weiß, und die Abdeckfolie 15c dunkel, vorzugsweise schwarz, auszubilden. that in one position the tabs ( 15 b) of the blinking film ( 15 a) cover only part of the tabs ( 15 d) of the cover sheet ( 15 c) in the area of their free edges, while in the other position the tabs ( 15 b) the flashing film ( 15 a) cover the flaps ( 15 d) of the cover film ( 15 c) practically completely, and

that the outer frame ( 1 ) and the inner frame ( 2 ) from longitudinal frame legs ( 1 a, 2 a) and transverse frame legs ( 1 b, 2 b) are composed,
that the back of the outer frame ( 1 ) is closed by means of a rear wall ( 1 c),

that all the tabs ( 15 d) of the cover sheet ( 15 c) are snapped into the cutouts of the tabs ( 15 b) of the blinking sheet ( 15 a), and
that the blinking film ( 15 a) has a contrasting color to the cover film ( 15 c).

7. Poster according to claim 1, characterized in
that the positive display symbols ( 16 a) are firmly connected to the cover film ( 15 c) before the snap-in of the cloth ( 15 d) of the cover film ( 15 c) into the cutouts of the cloth ( 15 b) of the blinking film ( 15 a) and
