Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Hitzeschutzanzug mit eingearbeiteter Haube, der aus einem Außen- und einem Innenmaterial gefertigt ist.
Hitzeschutzanzüge der genannten Art werden überwiegend bei der Brandbekämpfung getragen, wobei gefordert wird, daß der Anzug einen möglichst großen Wärmeschutz bietet und dabei die Beweglichkeit der Löschperson möglichst wenig behindert.
Bekannte Schutzanzüge sind beispielsweise aus modifiziertem Aramid-Carbon-Gewebe, auch unter Mitverwendung von Glas, gefertigt. Es sind auch reine Glasfasergewebe in Gebrauch. Diese bekannten Schutzanzüge erreichen eine Schwellen­ wertzeit von etwa 1 min, wobei nach Ablauf der Schwellenwertzeit die Innentemperatur unter standardisierten Versuchsbedingungen 45°C erreicht hat. Das Flächengewicht der bekannten Gewebematerialien liegt über 430 g/m2 bis hinauf zu 720 g/m2.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, einen Schutzanzug der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, der einen verbesserten Wärmeschutz und Erleichterungen beim Tragen bietet. Darüber hinaus soll der Schutzanzug strapa­ zierfähiger sein.
Die Aufgabe wird mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 2 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des Schutzanzuges nach der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.
Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher beschrieben.

Ein insgesamt mit 1 bezeichneter Hitzeschutzanzug, ein Kombi, in den eine Haube 2 (Fig. 1) und ein Atemschutzsack 3 (Fig. 2) eingearbeitet sind. Die Haube 2 ist im Fensterbereich zu einem Rahmen 4 vernäht, in den bei aufgeknöpfter Lasche 5 eine gewölbte, goldbedampfte Mehr­ schichtglasscheibe 6 seitlich eingeschoben ist. Die Mehr­ schichtglasscheibe 6 ist von zwei Druckknöpfen 7 gesichert; wodurch das Auswechseln bei Verschmutzung oder Beschädigung leicht möglich ist.
Im Haubenbereich auf der der Lasche 5 gegenüberliegenden Seite endet ein schräggestellter Reißverschluß 8 (gestrichelt dargestellt), der im Beinbereich seinen Anfang hat und dessen Gewebeband hitzebeständig und schwerent­ flammbar ist. Der Schrägreißverschluß 8 erstreckt sich unter einer abdeckenden Lasche 9, die mit 8 innenliegenden Druckknöpfen 10 verschließbar ist, wobei die Abdeckung überlappend ausgeführt ist. Durch die Innenlage der Druckknöpfe 10 wird einer Wärmeeinleitung entgegengewirkt.
Für die Arme ist ein besonderer Schnitt (Raglan) vorgesehen; die Ärmel 11 mit angeschnittenem Schulterteil 12 bilden konische Schmetterlingsflügel, um so die Bewe­ gungsfreiheit zu optimieren. Am Ärmelende ist jeweils eine Daumenschlaufe 13 angesetzt, die ein ungewolltes Hochrutschen des Ärmels 11 verhindert.
Aus Fig. 2 ist der eingearbeitete Atemschutzsack 3 ersicht­ lich, der auf dem Rücken getragenes Atemluftversorgungsgerät umschließt und so vor unzulässiger Erwärmung bewahrt.
Vor Einstieg in den Hitzeschutzanzug 1 werden nicht darge­ stellte Überschuhe angezogen. Hierbei dienen jeweils zwei Griffe und ein Klettverschluß am Schaft.
Nach Anziehen des Hitzeschutzanzuges 1 werden ebenfalls nicht dargestellte Handschuhe übergestülpt, die für Daumen und Zeigefinger über Fingerlinge verfügen. Für die Innenhand ist abweichend vom ansonsten verarbeiteten und noch zu beschreibenden Material Wildleder im Außenhandschuh verwendet, dessen umschlossener Innenhandschuh für die Innenhand ein Wollfutter und für die Außenhand ein Misch­ gewebe hat.
In Fig. 3 ist der Aufbau des textilen Flächengebildes 14 dargestellt. Ein Gewirke 15 aus 40% Aramid und 60% Polybenzimidazolen ist auf seiner nach außen weisenden Oberfläche mit Aluminium 16 beschichtet. Das Material hat ein Flächengewicht von 259 g/m2 und ist damit bedeutend leichter als beispielsweise das bekannte Carbon/Aramid/ Glas-Gewebe 40/30/30 mit einem Flächengewicht von 720 g/m2.
Innenseitig liegt lose ein Wollfutter 17 an, das permanent flammenhemmend ausgerüstet ist. Dieses Wollfutter 17 ist in den Hitzeschutzanzug 1 eingeknöpft, um nach Gebrauch in üblicher Weise gewaschen werden zu können. Die Flammhemmend­ eigenschaft geht dabei nicht verloren. Das Gewirke 15 hingegen ist in spezifischer Weise zu reinigen, je nach Art der Verschmutzung.
Die Zeit, in der die Innentemperatur unter standardisierten Versuchsbedingungen 45°C erreicht hat, die Schwellen­ wertzeit, liegt über 10 min, wohingegen das zuvor genannte Carbon/Aramid/Glas-Gewebe eine Schwellenwertzeit von 66 sek. hat.
Zum Nachweis der Haltbarkeit des Hitzeschutzanzuges 1 ist das Dauerkinckverhalten nach DIN 53 359 geprüft worden. Während das Material nach der Erfindung nach 100 000 Knickungen noch keine sichtbaren Schäden aufwies, zeigt Aramid-Carbon-Gewebe des bekannten Hitzeschutzanzuges schon nach 5000 Knickungen Beschädigungen.

Claims (5)

1. Hitzeschutzanzug mit eingearbeiteter Haube, der aus einem Außen- und einem Innenmaterial gefertigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Außenmaterial ein Gewirke (15) aus modifiziertem Aramid und Polybenzimidazolen ist, daß das Gewirke (15) auf seiner nach außen weisenden Oberfläche eine Alumi­ niumkaschierung (16) aufweist und daß das Innenmaterial (17) ein flammenhemmend ausgerüstetes Wollfutter ist.
2. Hitzeschutzanzug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewirke (15) 60% modifiziertes Aramid und 40% Polybenzimidazole enthällt.
3. Hitzeschutzanzug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wollfutter (17) eingeknöpft und die Flammhemmend­ ausrüstung permanent ist.
4. Hitzeschutzanzug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Haube (2) ein Rahmen (4) zur Aufnahme einer goldbedampften Mehrschichtglasscheibe (6) eingearbeitet ist.
5. Hitzeschutzanzug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (4) an einer Seite als knöpfbare Lasche (5) ausgebildet ist.
