Description
Pipe cleaning device with moved forward by pressurized water and powered tools. Pipe cleaner that moves forward by pressurized water and whose tools are also driven by pressurized water known. The present invention differs from these known devices in that the rotatable in the chassis tool holder with curved, against the chassis is provided with outflow pipes or channels pointing backwards, and that the rotatable tool holder has a tubular extension in the central axis with interchangeable tools and with inclined ones against the attack points of the tools directional bores.
In the drawing, Fig. I gives an example of the overall arrangement. Fig. 2 is a vertical section on a larger scale. 'Fig. 3 through 6 are details.
The cleaning machine consists of the one with castors or wheels 3 provided with the hose or pipe q. permanently connected chassis and the tool holder 2 rotatably mounted therein, which holds tools 5 and 6 at the front for the comminution of the deposits in the line of foreign bodies and the like. wearing. The storage of the tool holder 2 in the chassis i can be chosen as desired will; the drawing shows an adjustable ball bearing as an example. The operating fluid, usually water from the water pipe, emerges as Fig. 2 can be seen through the chassis i designed as a RChr into the tool holder 2 and flows out of this in reverse. Direction through two or more outflow pipes or channels 7 off. The rotatable tool holder 2 carries a in its central axis tubular extension 9 with interchangeable tools 5 and 6 and with bevels, against the points of attack of the tools 5 directed Holes B. To Increase the speed of rotation of the tool holder z, if necessary in front of and behind the slot io in the axis of the tubular chassis i stator blades and impeller blades can be arranged in the tool holder.
If the length of the sections to be cleaned is greater, the hose is difficult to move forward due to its great weight. In this case it can by partially damming up the water in the pipe being subjected to cleaning by means of any obstacle in the line, e.g. B. by means of a traffic sign 13 (Fig. 6), the friction pressure of the hose can be largely eliminated, so that very considerable lengths of the line can be cleaned from one point can. About the impurities and pieces of crust carried by the drive water in this case not to hold back in the line, is expedient under the congestion shield 13 a free flow 14 (Fig. 6) is provided. For cleaning closed pipes is used at a suitable or at several suitable points one of the length of the cleaning machine corresponding pipe section temporarily removed and then proceed as described.
