Description

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Häckselmaschine, durch welche ein Mischfutter hergestellt werden soll, wie es in den bekannten Silos aufbewahrt werden kann. Dieses Mischfutter besteht aus einem. Gemisch von Strohhäcksel, Rübenblätttern und Spreu. Durch die vorliegende Maschine soll dieses Mischfiutter so vorbereitet werden, daß es durch eine Liuiftdruckleitung unmittelbar in die Silos befördert werden kann, und das kennzeichnende Merkmal der Maschine besteht darin, daß unter der Strohlade der Häckselmaschine ein mit einer Förderschnecke versehener Kasten zur Förderung 'der Blätter angebracht ist, dtirch den die Blätter unterhalb der Strohziuf ühiiung den Messiern der Häckselmaschine so zugeführt werden, daß das von den Messern geschnittene Stroh- und Blätterhäcksel in einen Trichter fällt, der es einer Luftleitung zuführt, von der es durch Druckluft zu der Yerwendungsstelle geführt und hierbei innerhalb der Luftleitung durch die Druckluft gemischt wird. Die Blätter allein, auch wenn sie vorher gehäckselt werden, können in einer Rohrleitung durch den Luftstrom nicht befördert werden, denn sie kleben an dien Wandungen der Rohrleitung fest und verstopfen dann das Rohr, so daß eine Weiterbeförderung ausgeschlossen ist; wenn aber gemäß der Erfindung Strohhäcksel mit Blätterhäcksel gemischt der Rohrleitung zugeführt werden, so wird einmal durch die Mischung dem Blätterhäcksel die Feuchtigkeit durch das Stroh zum Teil entzogen, außerdem wirkt aber das Strohhäckeel auf die Rohrwanidungen reibend, so daß die Blätter nicht mehr an den dadurch stets glatt gehaltenen Rohrwandungen ankleben, sondern zusammen mit dem Strohhäcksel leicht durch die Rohrleitung von dem Luftstrom hindurchbefördert werden. Durch Zuführung von Spreu wind die Wirkung des Strohhäcksels noch erhöht.
