Vulkanisiergerät Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisch geheiztes Vulkanisiergerät-mit auswechselbaren Profilplatten zum Vulkanisieren -ausgebes-. serter Stellen. von Bereifungen und Mänteln von Motorfahrzeugen und hat besondere Ausgestaltungen 6r einzelnen Teile des Vulkanisiergerätes zum Gegenstande. Die Erfindung besteht dariln, daß die abwechselbaren Profilplatten nicht, wie dies bisher der Fall war, in feste Verbindung mit dem Heizkörper gebracht werden, sondern mit ihren ebenen Flächen auf der Heizfläche lose aufliegen und zum Zwecke des unverrückbaren Festhaltens während des Vulkanisierungsvorganges mit Ausnehmungen versehen sind, in -die Ansätze o. dgl. des Heizkörpergebäuses eingreifen, derart, daß zunächst die Profilplatte auf den zu vulkanisierenden Gegenstand und sodann das Heizkörpergehäuse auf die Platte aufgebracht werden kann. Hierdurch ist die Möglichkeit der Verwendung der für jede Vulkanisierung besonders geeigneten Profilplatte in einfacher Weise gegeben und überdies der Vorteil erzielt, daß durch das zuerst erfolgende Auflegen der Profilplatte ohne Heizgehäuse der zu vulkanisierende Gegenstand leicht und einwandfrei in die richtige Lage gebracht werden kann.Vulcanizing device The invention relates to an electrically heated vulcanizing device-mit exchangeable profile plates for vulcanizing -ausgebes-. serter bodies. from Tires and jackets of motor vehicles and has special configurations 6r individual parts of the vulcanizing device to the subject.
