Abstract

The stand for a bicycle is constructed from two U-shaped members (1) and (2). Each U-shaped member has the end of each leg bolted to the end of one leg of the other U-shaped member. The two U-shaped members (1,2) are connected by a link (4) on each side to a baseplate (6). This baseplate (6) has an angle section (5) at each side to which the lower ends of the links (4) are bolted. The bicycle wheel is placed between the U-shaped members so that it rests on the base (6). Each U-shaped member (1) and (2) can be swung to a postiion in which it grips the wheel. The stand can thus be used to support bicycles with wheels of different sizes. USE - Bicycle stand.

Ein am 28. 9. 1988 zum Patent angemeldeter Fahrradständer, Aktenz.: 38 32 905.0, ist zwar im Vergleich mit bekannten Fahrradständern vielenteils schon praktischer. Es mangelt aber nur noch im Standhalten einiger verschieden großer Fahrräder.
